I'm really sorry the tile turned out that way. It sounds like your technician just did not rinse the tile thoroughly enough. We can deliver much better results and I would be happy to send someone back to re-clean on a day that is convenient for you. I will follow up with you today to set everything up. CARPETS ALWAYS LOOK GREAT WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED.
Our carpet in the family and dining room looks and feels like new. Plus, a high traffic area had a huge dark area and the technician worked it over and it looks incredible!!! Our stairs and landing look and feel so clean and soft. Our technician was Jesus Saens and he was superb!!! We would like to ask for him the next time we have our carpets cleaned. There was no written pre-service explanation with related costs or bid of the various serices which were to be done. I know now that I should have asked for such, but unfortunately I didn't. So you could probably say it was ALL MY FAULT! I gave your service person my check and requested a receipt. He said it would come in the U.S. mail or via email. I gave him my email address. He said it would be on my email in 5 minutes. After he left I went online and found nothing in the form of an invoice or anything else. Two days later I had not gotten the invoice. Typically when a product or service is purchased one gets a receipt at the time of payment, not on email which sometimes never comes, nor in the US mail a week to 10 days later. I suggest you consider providing your customers who may not do email or who would like a receipt at time of purchase a paper hard copy of a receipt. Yes, this is a digital world, but sometimes that fails and sometimes customers are not digitally oriented. There was a misunderstanding from verbal exchanges as to what the cost of service for cleaning of tile would be. Had it been in writing this wouldn't have happened. Rick Nolan did a reasonably good job in the work he did, but his administration (his bosses) did not provide him with paper forms and instructions for meeting the needs of some of your customers such as myself. But you probably don't have many like me. I am probably just a 77 year old jerk I presume who needs to learn to just to accept your way of doing business. Every "come to your home" service people that I have hired heretofore has given me a written bid and a receipt at the time of my payment for the services performed. I apologize for my having taken your time to read this. I would like to hear from you. Mark Smith

Thank you for writing such a detailed and pointed response. It is reviews like yours that help us to reexamine our policies and procedures as well as improve even in small ways. Many other customers have also shared your feelings on this topic. Although it is true that a very small percentage of our customers are not digitally oriented or don't have access to email, we care about ALL of our customers and are looking at implementing a paper invoice option on site as well as carrying the supplies necessary to write out quick estimates and receipts for those who request a hard copy. We appreciate your business as well as the time you took to help us improve our service. I will bring up your review in our next meeting.
carpets are still looking a bit dirty

Seemed good to me. Maybe show me how much dirt you removed? I know the carpets were dirty, but they're dark and so at times, it's hard to see. I'm sure you cleaned them good, but maybe show me somehow?
That's a good point Matt. Our extraction lines usually have a clear tube on them that shows the soiled water passing through it. I will find out which vehicle was at your home and make sure that tube is there so the next person can see what you did not. Thank you for your feedback.

I'm sorry we didn't get it right the first time around. We set up an appointment to come back and were ready to do so, but the day of your appointment we were unable to get a hold of you or your wife after several phone calls. We are still committed to coming back and delivering the results that we should have the first time. I will follow up with you again today to see when we can set up the appointment.
Our carpet was especially bad, with a lot of dirt and mystery stains, but the tech was able to get virtually everything out. I was kind of in shock at how good it looked. I would definitely use zerorez again and recommend you to friends.

Your technician did a great job of cleaning, but the 5-hour job ended up costing me $1,490! I think that is absurd.

I just want to make clear that our cleaning guy Jesus was amazing and did such a good job, but your company as a whole I felt was very dirty and underhanded with hidden fees. I have never used your services but heard rave reviews and thought since our fist baby is due in a few weeks we should try this service out. I called your customer service and asked for an estimate and the girl was very lack luster about it and just told me for 3 bedrooms, stairs and hallway we could expect to pay $159. I asked it that was an accurate quote and it was she offered no advice for what to expect or anything further just that he would arrive between 2-5. I felt very violated that the price shot sky high with all these "extra fees" for our rug and the scotch guard treatment after the cleaning. I was not expecting it and felt very embarassed because money is tight for us right now. I think that you should do a better job about educating your office staff about preparing people about the services you offer as well as what to expect had that girl done that for me and told me to expect extras for pet stains on the rug and the scotch guard then I would have been okay, but it came out of left field and he quoted me a higher price than I was quoted over the phone which instantly made me lose confidence in your company as a whole. All my neighbors asked me last night as they were walking by how I liked your company and they were thinking of calling and I told them to call Stanley Steamer instead they at least are upfront and have no hidden fees. Too bad because we will need our carpets cleaned yearly now that we are going to have kids and unless you can think of a way to make it right I'm done with your company and I have no reservations about telling everyone I know about my humiliating experience with you.

I'm sorry you felt humiliated and had such a bad experience. I assure you however that we do not have hidden fees and try to be as accurate as possible with our estimates over the phone. We gave you a price over the phone to clean 3 areas of carpet, the stairs and a hallway. When our technician arrived, you asked him to clean those carpeted areas, as well as clean an area rug, protect the carpet, and address urine issues in both your carpet and the rug. If we knew that you wanted those things done when we booked the appointment, we would have included them in your estimate. I completely understand how frustrating it is to prepare to spend a certain amount and then end up paying more. And you make a very good point about preparing our customers in advance about some of our other services. I'm sorry our rep did not go into more detail when you asked if the quote was accurate. She should have made a point to explain that services like protectant, area rug cleaning and urine treatments are not included with the price of the carpet cleaning. Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed response. I will follow up with you this afternoon to make sure I have answered all of your questions.

We paid $90 to have the tile cleaned in our master bath in addition to our carpets. The carpets look great, but the tile looks no different than it did before the cleaning. You can still see dirty grout and when the light hits the tile with the right angle, you can see that there are still many areas that have dirt spots, etc. Even the heat vent cover is still covered with dust- you would think that the dust would have been removed as he moved over that area to clean the tile. When the rep left our home, we noticed that the power was not working in that area of the home- he must have blown a fuse. When we reset the breaker, the power came back on. I am wondering if maybe he just called it quits once the power went off. Very disappointed- the tile has been cleaner when I have cleaned it with our steam mop. I would appreciate either a refund of the $90, or a re-cleaning of the bathroom tile.
