Your employee was extremely friendly and attentive. The reason it is not a ten is that I paid the $50 fee per area for the pet urine extraction expecting the pet urine to be completely extracted, however it seemed to make it worse. The technitian found a couple spots in one room but we decided to replace it since that carpet was needing to be replaced anyways and found the entire carpet saturated in it! We are now replacing all the carpet in the home for fear that the other rooms don't just have a spot or two, like the other room we pulled up and don't feel confident that the removal treatment we paid extra for did the job.

I can understand your disappointment. The treatment you paid for is called a Topical Urine Treatment and effectively removes all urine from the surface of the carpet, and eliminates odor associated with that urine. It does not touch any urine that is sub surface or odor that is coming from baseboards, tack-strip, padding, subfloor, etc. We do offer a subsurface extraction treatment, but occasionally it is more cost effective to just replace the carpet as in your case. I'm sorry to hear that the damage was worse than you thought but I'm happy that we were able to solve some of the problem.

My house feels cleaner. Of course for $859.00 it should. Anyway,the tech was good and clean.

i likes that the technician israel explained every syep of what he was doing and why . very pleasant and knowledgable too. i know you cost more than the others but i was amazed at how well my carpets looked after they were done . thankyou for doing a great job too

I felt like the assosiate was trying to sell me a lot of extra services and when I did not purchase them, his demeanor changed. He was no longer as courteous. I simply could not afford what he was offering. A couple of years ago I had an amazingly courteous service provider and it made me love the experience. The way the customer feels at the end of the service is huge and good training will help.

Stairs seemed a bit expensive, but overall I was very happy.
We were told the carpet would be dry in 4 hours and it wasn't until 20 hours later (this included fans on and doors and windows open). Also, our house smelled musty for 2 days. The carpet cleaner himself was very professional and friendly. I am not sure the vacuum worked very well because the towels we laid down to walk around on got pretty soaked pretty quickly.

That is way too long of a dry time. I'm sorry for the smell and the inconvenience. I will get someone out there immediately to address the mildew and re-clean any areas you would like at no cost. Thank you for letting us know what happened so that we can fix it.
