Easy to get an appointment.
Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service tech. Explained everything he was going to do. The carpets look great and we are happy with the service. The tech did say he would leave us a bottle of spot cleaner but he was out on his truck. He said he would see if onother tech in the area had some and he would get them to drop of a bottle and if not he would bring by 2 bottles today (wednsaday) which has not happened at this time. One thing that didn't happen that we would like would have been an itemized statement of all the charges on paper for our records which we did not get. Over all we are very happy with the results and will use Zerorez again. Thank you,

Service was great, I felt like he really tried to make my carpets look as good as possible and was up front about any stains that might be difficult to get out. He did a great job and I would pay for this service again.

Chunga was right, The technicians did a very thorough job not only to clean the dirt you could see, but also to identify and remove the hidden dirt in the carpet.
They cleaned our movie theaters for Megaplex. I was impressed that they brought 4 trucks and cleaned each building in one night.

Great service, willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure we're satisfied
It is nice to have my carpets looking clean and feeling soft again, without any of the usual residual chemical smells that often follow carpet cleaning. The technician was courteous, even arriving a little ahead of schedule, and did the cleaning efficiently and effectively. We have had Zerorez clean our carpets for the last few years and have always been very satisfied with their work and their prices.

My carpet looks great. Jesus did a very good job, especially the difficult vomit spot. He was very kind and courteous. The prices were very fair.

The technician we had was very friendly and personable. You don't get that from a lot of service people.
You called me to set up an appointment for a free treatment because it had been less then 6 months. I made an appointment for the afternoon from around 2-5. I was called at 4:00 to let me know that they weren't going to come until 4:30. They didn't come, he called around 6. I told him it was too late at that point. Noone has followed up with me since then.

I looked into this personally. It looks like our technician didn't communicate well enough with our dispatch, and that left you in the dark for two hours. This is unacceptable. I will call you today and find out if it will be convenient for you to have us come out at a different time. I am very sorry for the confusion and lack of communication. The carpet did not look any better after it was cleaned; probably even a little worse

Jesus was our technician. He was friendly, professional, and did not rush through the job. He did a magnificent job, and our carpets and tile have not looked this good since they were brand new. I love the special type of water that is used, and the lack of need for harsh chemicals. I was extremely pleased with Zerorez and Jesus.

I had asked for the service to include moving furniture in and out of the rooms as you clean the carpet. I was told that the service is available at an additional charge of $50 and would be provided. However, the guy (Jerom) who arrived for cleaning, refused to do it first. Then when I spoke with a customer servcie rep (Brittany) and her supervisor (Maria) for almost 30 mins, did they agree to do it. Even then, the guy did not do it properly and moved only some furniture while leaving other pieces and not cleaning under them. He also left all the furniture stacked up in my Kitchen, Foyer, and Balcony without putting it back in the rooms. He said he 'sorgot' to do it. I have used ZeroRez many times in the past and had been completely satisfied with the service and hence kept coming back. But with this experience, I don't thik I am inclined to use or recommend ZeroRez anymore.

I'm sorry for the bad experience and the miscommunication regarding the moving fee. We have a minimum 50 dollar fee for moving furniture, which covers the cost of about an hours worth of moving; or removing and replacing furniture in one area. Our technician spent close to 3 hours in your home moving furniture out of almost every room in your house, along with clothes, toys and other items. I'm sorry our technician did not move everything back. I looked at the pictures that you sent me, and it looks like he didn't put back 7 small items, one of which was a small table with metal legs that was left off of the carpet to avoid rust, another of which was a rolling office chair, and another of which was a lamp. I felt that the $50 fee was a great deal for the amount of work done in the house, but because you were unhappy with the whole experience, I refunded you half of the cost of the furniture moving (25.00) before you submitted this review.

I can understand your frustration, but we have no way of quoting customers up front for urine issues that we do not know are there. We only recommend urine treatments when they are absolutely necessary, and we only perform the service after your approval. And since damage from urine is different in ever home and can differ from room to room, they can only be assessed on site by a technician that is odor control certified.
