This was my first commercial carpet cleaning experience, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The workers were very professional and did a good job. After they left I could see a high traffic area that still remained, so I was a little disappointed.

I had a rental property cleaned. The person I spoke to knew that. At no time was I told that I would need to be available to pay directly after the carpet was cleaned or was suggested to prepay. I spoke with someone the morning of the cleaning and gave them the tenants # to call with a closer timeframe window that 4 hours. I then left to take care of the business of my day. The cleaner called my home and left a message that they were 15 minutes out and not the tenant. After the job Zerorez called my home for payment. I was not there and I don't have a cell phone (don't assume everyone has one). The carpet cleaner refused to leave until he got paid. Gratefully the tenant was able to finally get a hold of my husband at work and he paid over the phone. I do not appreciate the stress it caused my tenant! I certainly understand wanting to get paid directly after your job. If it is that level of importance that your cleaner would refuse to leave until paid I recommend you inform your prospective client before the work is done so appropriate arrangements can be made. I work with many different vendors and they all do business differently. Don't assume everyone knows how you do business.

You are absolutely right, and I am so sorry for the stress and frustration. Our technician missed a note on the job that instructed him to contact the tenant instead of the main contact number listed. I really appreciate your specific response and constructive advice. As a result of everything you pointed out, we had a meeting this afternoon and are changing how we inform commercial clients as well as landlords about how and when we expect payment. We should have been more clear about this in the past, but you have helped us get better. I will follow up with you this afternoon to thank you again for your help.
Our carpet was left very clean, and dry enough that by the end of the day (with a little help from some floor fans) it was dry enough to put our furnishings back in place.
I love how clean my carpets not only look, but I feel like my whole house smells better (not that soapy musty smell I usually have after cleaning carpets). We had Billy clean our carpets and he was so helpful answering questions and helping me know how much everything would cost. He was so helpful and straight forward and I didn't feel pressured into anything. Billy also helped me by answering questions I had about the care of my carpets and how to take care of them so they can last longer. Thank you so much! I will use you again!

Carpets were cleaned very well. Tile and grout was like new! I really felt comfortable with Rick doing work in my home and felt like he was extremely competent and professional!

The carpet was extremely dirty and I didn't have high expectations of the result I would get. However, it was so much better than I imagined. I doubt I will use any other carpet cleaning service again.

The carpet gets clean without leaving spots that collect dirt over time.
Environmentally friendly
The charges are high for the work done. None of the rooms were cleaned in entirety, mostly just the traffic areas. That leaves some contrast between the cleaned and not cleaned. Time will tell if the rugs stay cleaner longer. This was my first experience.

The quality of the cleaning and the quick drying. The main concen I have is the price quoted over the phone and the final bill at the end was more than twice as much. We were
quoted 187. and we ended up paying about 385.

I looked up your initial quote as well as your final invoice to make sure there weren't any mistakes. We quoted you 189 for the cleaning. Your final bill was 348 because we did extensive pet treatments in 4 rooms in the house. I also saw that our technician took 50.00 off to help lower the price. The scheduling process was very unprofessional. I had an appt window for an estimate of 4-7p. Shortly after 4p, I received a vmail from Brittany saying the tech had been to my home and found no one there so I needed to reschedule. Moments later, the tech called to say he was leaving his last job and on his way to my home. He hadn't already been there. It took several calls back and forth, and still no one really knew what was going on. Based on this, I have no confidence that my actual cleaning job will be done correctly or in a timely manner, so I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I'm sorry for the confusion. On his way to your home, your technician tried to contact you, but didn't get an answer, so he informed our dispatch. But our office had no idea that you called him back and asked him to meet your wife at the job. This was the cause of the confusion and I'm sorry we did not communicate clearly on our end. We will discuss this in our next meeting and make sure that our technicians do a better job coordinating with the office.

My wife is 38 weeks pregnant and the technician would not help her move the furniture or put the furniture up on blocks without charging her a fee. When she told me this, I was very disappointed and would expect that you would help a pregnant lady not have to move furniture or lift a heavy couch or dresser without charging her. I worked for Aqua Care many years ago and it was standard to help move stuff around to ensure the customer got what they wanted. Was it a pain, sometimes it was. But I can't believe that Zerorez would not help a 9 month pregnant woman move furniture! Very disappointed. We have used Zerorez before and expected more from you.

I can completely understand your frustration with this policy. Since furniture moving is an expectation for many of our customers, we make sure to let them know in advance on the initial call, the confirmation call and in an email that if they would like any furniture moved, to do so themselves ahead of time. We do this to keep our prices lower for everyone. I appreciate you letting us know because a lot of our customers feel the same way you do. It may be time to work furniture moving into our pricing and we will definitely discuss this at our next meeting. Zeororez seems to do just what they say they will do. Zerorez is our preferred carpet cleaner. I wish they had more couch/ chair cleaning specials. The carpet cleaning is very competitive but the other seems way high. Just a suggestion. Thanks for not having a huge long feedback form!!! I like this a lot! I was surprised that the bill was more than promised. The advertised special was 3 areas for $69. The bill was more than that. Mark

I looked up your invoice and saw that the only thing added to you bill was a $9 water treatment and disposal fee, which we add to every job. Our reps that set up the job are instructed to inform you about this fee on the initial call and when they confirm the appointment. I will go back and listen to the phone calls to make sure they let you know up front. If not I will refund you the difference.

Jesus was the worker who came and he worked very hard. He got out most of a stain in our livingroom that Stanley Steamer could never get out. He was very good.

I'm glad you were happy with the results. I double checked your invoice to make sure everything was priced properly by our technician, and everything looks good. I'm sorry we are too expensive for you. We strive to be very competitive and fair with our pricing, and are significantly cheaper than the two largest national brands. But with a platinum rating from CRI and being the only company that does not leave any residue in your carpets, we certainly aren't the cheapest.

My carpet was really dirty and I had some areas that were very bad and the technician did an incredible job on cleaning those areas. Some of the areas that weren't as bad did not come as clean as the really bad area. It was almost as if the technician just got tired. I am very pleased with how clean my carpet got. I am just confused as some of the areas that aren't as clean.
