We thought that Chris and Hayden did a great job. However, a tile on our entry way was chipped and were supposed to receive a call to have someone come out and see what could be done to fix it and have not heard from anyone.

That I don't have to worry about chemicals or my carpet color changing.

I like EVERYTHING! The tech was kind and answered all of my questions and was AWESOME. I have tried many cleaners in the past and have always been disappointed over one thing or anther, but with Zerorez there was NOTHING I didn't like. I am not generally so excited about reviews, but I want everyone I know (and I have been telling everyone I know) that Zerorez is the ONLY carpet cleaner I will ever use again. My carpets feel new again, they vacuum better and they look better. Thank you so much!!!

No soap residue, and fast

The technician arrived on time and was very personable and informative, and my carpet feels really clean and soft.

Did an OUTSTANDING job on some tough problem areas. Visitors and family have commented how our carpets look practically new even though its nearly 20 years old. Pet stain solution works just as promised. Will definitely have them back. Our son and daughter in law are buying a new home and will be calling to have the new house done before they move in based on our recommendation. Rep was very personable and considerate. He helped move furniture and everything. Excellent customer service by everyone I spoke to.

I don`t know much about the products used, but I do understand that there was no soap used at all,My carpets look great, you tech. Just seemed like a quick clean nothing too special . More expensive for just average results.

I like the way the carpets are cleaned. I have used Zerorez for years. I was a little surprized by the charge for the hallway and the water disposal.

Everything was very professional. I liked the way they called ahead of time, and also just before they would arrive. The man doing it was extremely polite and helpful. Also, there wasn't a toxic type smell with the products used.
