After the technician left my husband noticed the hallway with a yellow hue. He rubbed a clean rag on it and it was really dirty. It was also really wet.
I'm sorry Collette. It sounds like something definitely went wrong. I will have a technician out there tomorrow to find out what happened and get those areas as clean as they should have been. Thanks for letting us know so that we can make this right.

My carpet looks new again and the technician, Billy, was helpful, informative, and nice.
No residue in carpet and the process is quick.
Explaining how the extras take up more time and checking to see if I can be at the home for 5-6 hours before starting the process of cleaning and extracting pet urine.

i like the green aspect of the product. I think the tec. did a good job cleaning thoroughly. i also liked the carpet roller, pre-treatment. I did not get a survey sent to me that was a more through one. I also need a written statement/guarantee for the granite counter tops life time sealant. Please call Kerri at Phone number removed

Zerorez cleans better than any auto detailer. After a couple of days the car seats would be stained again from the soap residues left behind. I don't have that this time.
