The associates were very informative and and productive and I was pleased with the way the carpets turned out.
Carpet VERY wet. Zerorez brought in fans for us to use over the weekend. Thank you.(The rep thought it was because it was the end of the day and the suction wasn't good because the water collection system was full or something like that. It took a quite a while for the carpet to dry even with the fans and the carpet and the couch felt a little crusty for a while) Also a room was cleaned to compensate the trouble (thank you) The serviceman spent extra time to make sure the water was sucked up and ran his fan. The carpet still stayed wet till the next day and we left all of the windows open. On KSL they said the carpet would dry like in a couple of hours and that it wouldn't leave that crusty feel because no residue is left. I was more disappointed because I did not get the results that were advertised than if that hadn't been part of the advertisement. Thanks for doing your best to make it right. Be careful what you advertise.
Thank you for taking the time to write us such a detailed response Karen. Carpet that stays wet for that long is unacceptable. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience it caused you. Our cleaning process should leave your carpet only fairly damp, and generally the carpet is dry in about 4 hours. Something definitely went wrong for the carpet to be left that wet. I promise we will do better next time.
I really don't csre to hear the technician talk about how he should be paid a commission, or about how he thinks he is such a great sales man. I also believe it's inappropriate for someone who is working in my home to be taking or making multiple phone calls - thank goodness the job was charged by area and not by hours. I also informed the tech. that I would be working, and I guess he still wanted to try to make a bigger sale and kept talking to me about spending just a little more to reach $400 for a free future spot treatment visit. He also said he would give me his last bottle of spot treatment and left without doing so. That's fine, I can do without since we don't have issues with spots, but follow through in any customer service position is important. And lastly, I was disappointed by the fact that the carpet was only 'vacuumed' once rather than going over it a couple times. I guess I had higher expectations. Sorry for all the complaints, but wanted to let you know that you could have a better business with a little more customer oriented service.
I'm sorry you had that experience Heather. We want professionalism and great service to be priorities for every one of our technicians. It is clear that the technician we sent out did not demonstrate either of those things. I will be sure to go over your response with him and see what adjustments can be made so that we make a better impression next time. I liked the use of pH balanced water with no soap. Mike was a very able spokesman for the company and he explained everything to me and answered all my questions.
It's only been one day since our carpet cleaning, but already we've noticed that the results are better than those from past cleanings. The carpet dried quickly and had lesser magnitude "waves" afterward. We're watching the area that was wine-stained and hoping the discoloration will not return.
Also, your representative, Jarom, was not only friendly and thorough, he was able to teach us the hows and whys of his work. We will definitely ask for him with any treatment needed in the future. Our grout looks so much nicer as well!

The gentleman who came to clean my carpet, Gray, was clean, personable, and worked hard. My carpet looks great. Last time I used zero rez my carpet didn't look so good, and I was afraid that my new carpet wouldn't look good this time ither, but I thought I would give you one more try. I am very pleased with the results. I am always going to request Gray

Good prices, good product and nice people
I like how clean my carpets look. I also liked that the technician used blocks for my furniture, helped me move some things, protected the corners of my walls and railings from the hoses and wore covers on his shoes. I appreciated the details!! I will reccomend this company for sure!
it cleaned well and dried quickly
The products and the service man was fantastic, the result was unbelievable , so many stains came out that I did not think would. Eddy was amazing and very professional. On the down side, I was told I would receive a call 2 days before to tell me the approximate time of the arrival, I DID NOT receive a phone call, so did not know if they were coming! But everything turned out fabulous, I will use Zerorez from now on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The customer service and how well the job was done
Good: I needed cleaning that very day and someone went above and beyond to accommodate. That was awesome.
Disappointing: The smell from the carpet seemed like it was gone when the carpet was wet. However, by the next morning it was still terrible. The technician did the pet treatment on it... but it is still really bad.
