The job was done in a timely manner, the young man tremendous, and it looks good for months after.

I have always been happy with your quality of work, but I guess time will tell about this time! The technician seemed to not take a lot of time when he did our carpets yesterday, and as a result they were a lot wetter than they have ever been before, I hope they were wet with clean water and not dirty water. That is why I said that time will tell. Always before they were dry in a few hours, parts of our carpet are still not dry and it has been over 30 hours. They have always stayed clean for a long time after so we will see this time. Also, I believe I was overcharged, at least it was different than the conversation I had at the time I made the appt. But I will be calling on that!

Good service...only found a few spots that didn't come clean on my grout...otherwise, it would have been a10.

I tried another company because I had a coupon and I won't do that again! Within 3 days it looked worse than before we had it cleaned. I will only use Zerorez in the future.

I was really shocked at the minimum price!
I am a disabled vert with a very limited income and I used to pay you a bit less.
Second: The carpets were wet till the next morning and there was a residue that as I stepped from the carpet to the tile bathroom I slipped and fell. My feet were coated with a slippery substance so that it was also slippery in the shower the next day.

I have been a good customer and have told many people about you guys but this time I was a bit frustrated!

Your technician was very nice indeed but over all I was disappointed with the results and how long it took to dry. I even left the apartment for several hours but still came home to wet carpets
