I'm sorry we were late and for the inconvenience it caused you. Our technicians give 100% of their attention to the person in front of them and try very hard not to rush through jobs. Because of this they are occasionally late. I'd like to follow up with you this afternoon and explain our VIP discount in better detail and make sure you received the best pricing we offer on your invoice. Thanks for your feedback.
I was not happy with the scheduling. I was told first that it could be any time that day, then as it got closer I was told that the technician would arrive between 3pm and 6pm. I was not thrilled about this, but understood. He arrived at 5:45. The cleaning took a couple of hours so he did not leave my home until 8pm that night. If I had known that I would have suggested another day for the cleaning, but because I had already moved all of my furniture, I sat around for an entire day with my house in shambles, waiting.

I looked into this personally to find out what went wrong. I listened to all of the recorded phone calls as well to find out if our reps communicated everything clearly. Your appointment was set up for June 4th. On June 1st one of our reps called to confirm and gave you a time frame of 3-6. We give a time frame 2-3 days in advance so that you don't have to be waiting around for us all day. I completely understand being frustrated with a job that doesn't get done until 8 pm. I will bring this to our next morning meeting and cite your review as an example. I think it would be beneficial to inform our later appointments of how long the job may take so they can be prepared. Great job cleaning
We called you about an oil spill on our carpet and were not warned that the procedure to get rid of it would cost $75 per gallon. The overall cost came as a big surprise.

You are absolutely right. I have already spoken with accounts receivable and we are refunding you the 150.00 that was added to the estimate. We need to do a better job giving detailed estimates over the phone, and experiences like yours help us to improve. Thank you for your feedback.

Isaias was very professional & helpful. He explained the process and asked me if I had any questions. Did an excellent job. I have been a little hesitant to have my carpets cleaned due to hearing so many problems on the carpet. My carpets look brand new!!!! I had Isaias visit my daughter-in-law and he will be cleaning her carpets in July. My other daughter-in-law will be needing her carpet cleaned and I have given her a high recommendation for Zerorez. Thanks you for such a good experience.

No chemicals but effective.
They were fast, and very clean. We thought we were going to have to replace the carpet, but they were able to make it look like new except for one stain - which they told us before they started wouldn't come out completely.

price was a little expensive
Our technician, Rick, was great. He was friendly and informative and worked hard to meet our expectations. There are still a couple of pink stains on our living room carpet, but it definitely looks cleaner than when we starteds, the stairs and my son's bedroom look nice too. The drying time was very long. We had this service completed around 5 pm and the next afternoon, spots were still damp. The carpet was soft in some areas and a bit crunchier in others. We ran a vacuum over it once dry and it was all fine.

I'm sorry for the long dry time and the stiffer areas. That can occasionally happen when the carpet is not groomed properly afterwards. I appreciate the feedback and I'm glad you were happy with the results overall.
The hose for the cleaning burned a line across our grass
Sorry about that Angie! Our technicians are specifically instructed not to run their hoses over your grass, but occasionally they pull the slack across the lawn unknowingly. I will get someone out there as soon as possible to get rid of the burn mark, even if it means replacing the grass in that area. Thank you for letting us know.
Technician was great. Carpet looked great afterwards
Your tech got my carpet clearner than it has been for years. The last time we had it cleaned by professional company they couldn't get the stains out (as they called them). Therefore we haven't had our carpet cleaned for several years. He not only got the (stains) out but made the carpet look better that it has for years. Israel was very professional and very friendly, even though he was here until 10:00 in the evening. I would highly recommend your company to anyone.

Im not disappointed but I am having someone come back because the pet stains didnt come out completely.
I'm sorry we couldn't get those spots out the first time around Kiera. Urine issues can be difficult to eradicate and sometimes it takes more than one try to take care of the problem.
Make the customer more aware of the product possibilities when the initial appointment is set or have a free in house consultation. It looked and smelled great after service tech was done, who did an incredible job, but after just one day, we can still smell the cat smell we were trying to get rid of by purchasing the extra service we initially weren't planning on.

You have an excellent point and I have heard from many of our customers who feel the same way that you do. Currently we are training our reps to ask more detailed questions about pet and urine issues over the phone so that our customers can be somewhat prepared for the additional costs involved. Since urine and odor related issues have to be assessed on site however, we will never be able to give an exact quote over the phone. In your case it sounds like the urine has either penetrated the pad or has not been completely removed from the top of the carpet. I will send a technician out at no cost to apply a probiotic enzyme in an effort to eliminate the remaining odor. Thank you for your detailed feedback. I'll follow up with you this afternoon to set up the appointment.
I believe in the processes by which the carpets are cleaned.
I had a great technician, Jesus. He was polite, thorough, professional, and asked several times if things were okay, did I need any more done, etc. I would ask for him again when using your service.

Arrived late and caused my daughter to miss our younger daughter's kindergarten graduation. Very disappointed!! We were offered a 30% discount if we used you service in the next 6 months. Why couldn't that discount have been applied to our service now. We will not be repeat customers!
