I like the pre-treating of problem spots &areas at no charge. I like that the techs use corner protectors on doorways, etc. so I know they are trying to be careful as they move from room to room. Most of all, I just LIKE HOW THE CARPET LOOKS after they are finished. And I give the tech who has done the cleaning a 'plus-plus' rating, too!

I think the main person's name was Mike (he was training someone) was very professional and helpful. I didn't like that the trainee kept on asking if I wanted other services after I said many times that I just wanted the carpets done but I do understand that he was training and that he is a sales person. The carpets look great.

I was told there were no checmicals, however, the technician said the pre-treatment he sprayed everywhere was a chemical when I asked him what he was spraying...I went with you because I have a son sensitive to chemicals.

I'm sorry we didn't meet you needs. It is true that we do not use any detergents or surfactants which contain harmful chemicals and leave a sticky residue in your carpet. However we do use a powdered additive that is made from orange peels and helps to boost solvency and get old residue out of the carpet. This product is 100% natural and completely safe for most people. That being said we should have made more efforts to meet your needs and the needs of your son and made some adjustments to our normal process. Thank you for your feedback. I had tile cleaned paying the "mailer" rate. When I heard the regular price I thought it was pretty high. I am very happy with the result, but would not pay 75cents sft. So can't give a 10 rating.
My carpets get thoroughly cleaned and the service techs are always so kind and helpful
No chemicals--good cleaning. Generally Zerorez is either amazing or horrible. But, when they are horrible they come back and fix it!

Price exceeds expectations. Would be great if a bid sheet could be emailed prior to job,
similar to the one that came afterwards. I know it is hard for your scheduler to bid w/o actually seeing job.
Carpet was very damp. Took two days to dry, had lots of ripples which are gradually going away as it drys. Seems like carpet was as wet as other processes we have used in the past.
I'm sorry to hear that June. What a terrible experience! The carpets should never stay wet for that long. The ripples are called "latex displacement." This occurs because the backing of the carpet and top of the carpet stretch differently when they are wet. Generally those ripples will go away completely, but if they don't we will be happy to re stretch the carpet and do whatever it takes to make this right. I'll follow up with you this afternoon. We had our carpets cleaned less than a month ago and they're already back to looking the same as before. I've used several different carpet cleaning companies and I probably wouldn't use Zerorez again. Our carpets have stayed much cleaner, much longer with some of the other guys.

We would be happy to Marsha. Occasionally urine can destabilize dyes and stain or even bleach carpets, but if it is a spot we can definitely remove it. I'll call you this afternoon to set everything up.

Jesus Saenz was probably the most polite and conscientious carpet cleaner ever to come to our home. He presented all the requisite "up-sell" offers but did so pleasantly and with no pressure. His explanations were thorough and convincing enough that I will likely order more services next time. He performed all the cleaning and extraction steps thoroughly, and my carpets dried faster this time than ever before. I have used Zerorez numerous times in the past, as well as other carpet cleaners, but Jesus Saenz made a big difference this time. The results are better than ever. Either Jesus followed your protocol better than previous representatives, or your protocol has improved. I will likely recommend that my friends specifically ask for him to clean their carpets. You are lucky to have such a great employee! His performance gained my confidence.

restored my very dirty carpets to a very close to new look and feel. Four years without cleaning and yet they look fantastic! Jesus was very professional and polite.

No soaps, quick drying, respectful tevhnician
We have a yorkie that left alot of urine stains on our carpet. The technician who came worked very hard, but he was able to get all of the stains out. It smells wonderful and looks fantastic. We also are very happy that we were able to move our furniture back the same night. We love the fact that we don't have to worry about harsh chemicals and that there is no concern about leaving soap behind in the carpet.

I like the idea of no residue to trap dirt. I cleaned my carpet myself - thoroughly - and it started showing dirt within a month. It has only been a few days since Zerorez cleaned my carpet but it looks really good so far.

I looked up your original estimate and listened to the phone calls to make sure everything was put in correctly. We gave you an estimate of $249 to clean 8 areas. When our technician arrived it looks like he also cleaned a set of stairs, a hallway and treated multiple areas to remove urine from the carpet.
