Carpets look GREAT

Manny and Hosea were very kind, helpful, and polite. HOWEVER...I woke up the next morning to several smelly urine stains and wondered what had happened.

I phoned Brittany (who was very helpful and professional) and she made arrangements to send Rick over at the end of the day.

I am very pleased with Rick. He provided me with information that I didn't receive yesterday, Namely: 1. I did not receive a carpet ID test and did not know about nylon carpet (which we have). 2. MOST importantly, A "Flash" was never mentioned to me, nor was the difference between a "topical' and a "flash" described. I was on a budget, though would have waited to have my carpet "flashed" because that is what I was expecting to be done. I have had our carped "flashed" before and thought this is what was happening. 3. The difference in prices between "topical" and 'flash' were not given or discussed in any manner.

We think your pricing policies are more expensive than other truck mount cleaning companies that also give great service and results.

Friendly and professional service

I tried to E Mail you this morning, but couldn't find the correct E Mail address. I just wanted to let you know what a great job Rick and Jose (I think that was their names) did yesterday on my carpets and tile. They came on time, were polite and kind and I am very happy today. I have one suggestion. A couple of hours after they left, I noticed on the one room that there were several ripples in the carpet, and one that was 2 or 3 inches above the floor. I was concerned and called Zerorez and the person answering told me not to worry because when it dried it would be flat. I worried all night because that one big ripple was still very wet and I am a worrier. But when I woke up this morning all was well. I would just like to suggest to be sure and let those of us who are 'worriers' know before leaving a house, that this might happen, and not to worry. Thanks again for the great service that was truly as good as I hear on KSL every morning. Thanks Donna Durfee

I really like how there is not any residue left on the carpet and it dried very quickly. The person who cleaned our carpet was courteous and friendly and did an excellent job.

If you call to have a spot taken care of the TEC should have you come and look at it. I didn't feel like the TEC spent much time on my carpets. In the past I have had you come and much more time was spent working on my carpets. The TEC didn't even say anything about my spot until I asked and then he said it lightened it but it didn't come out. I really couldn't tell the difference. Not the best experience this time around.
