The charges were extreme and excessive for the services performed. The quote over the phone was about a third of what the technican charged us. The Quality of work in no way justified the excessive costs charged. In addition, the technican indicated that he would include the hallway in the overall price, but when the email arrived, the hallway was also separately priced.

I'm sorry for the experience you had. We really strive to be as accurate as possible with our quotes over the phone and do our best to stick to them. It looks like the main item that changed was the cost of the tile cleaning. Our rep gave you a rough estimate over the phone to clean about 100 square feet of tile, but when the technician arrived there was close to 300 square feet to be cleaned. You also decided to have us seal the tile and protect all of the carpeted areas that were cleaned. We really appreciate all of the work and want to give you the most value for your dollar. If you would like, I will send a technician out at your earliest convenience to reclean any areas that you are not satisfied with, as well as reapply any sealer that we remove in the process. I will follow up with you this afternoon to set up the appointment. Thank you for your feedback.
I made the reservation for Tuesday, June 11. A "dispatcher" called on Friday to inform me that my carpet would be cleaned sometime between 3 and 6 PM - which was just not acceptable! I can't very well have an entire basement area cleaned that late in the day. No one
said it could be that late in the day, and that was not even guaranteed. I am also not very impressed with all the conditions - such as vacuuming the carpet before you arrive. I was impressed with the claim that there is "no residue" and that the carpets are cleaner than with other methods, which makes sense. But all the hassle and inconvenience is annoying. I might consider trying one room before doing any more than that so see if your claims are, in fact, true: Not as wet as other systems, stains, particularly pet stains do not return, etc.
I was also going to have you clean an wool rug, but a 2 week wait for its return is a bit unreasonable.

I'm sorry we couldn't meet your expectations. We try very hard to make our services as convenient as possible for each customer in terms of timing and execution. Running an operation with 10-12 routes per day, 4 to 5 varying sized jobs per route and over 1000 jobs per month in multiple cities creates some serious logistical challenges. We feel that giving a 3 hour window 2 days in advance is reasonable considering these challenges. There is always room to improve however, and we will never stop becoming more efficient. Perhaps in the future we will be able to meet your expectations. Thank you for your feedback.

Mason was very informative and explained the process. He made offers of extra service, but didnt push so I was able to choose the options I wanted. My carpets look great!!

My carpet technician was the best I have ever had. He gave me an honest estimate, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. I would love to have him come again.

The carpets are clean, the serviceman came on time and was congenial and competent. He offered Scotch Guard which we accepted.
The worker's are neat and polite. They are fast and do a great job.I also like the sealer protector. Great company great service

You can give a 'shorter' window of arrival time and I think your prices are too high.

I was very pleased with the results but I felt that the price was way too high. The initial price I was given was over $600 for a 1200 sq ft home.
The friendly people both over the phone and in person, and the quick and efficient way they did their jobs.
The carpets were overly wet, but the were clean! I felt pressured to buy a furnace filter. I just wanted my vents and carpet cleaned, not a high pressure sales pitch for a filter. The price quoted per vent over the phone and the final price didn't match so I had to deal with that issue. These issues took away from the satisfaction of a job basically well done.

I'm very sorry for the experience that you had. I have no excuse for the wet carpet or for the price discrepancies. Neither of those things should have happened. I'm sorry you felt pressured to purchase those air filters but that was not the intention of your technician. He sold them to you at cost because he could see how much they would help the air quality in your home. I would be happy to refund you the price of the filters and cancel the order today. Very professional and friendly technician! He explained everything and was extremely careful and respectful of our home and of us. And our carpets looked wonderful and dried quickly, which I really loved!

It sounds like the urine issues in your carpet need more extensive treatments since the cause of the odor is sub-surface. I will schedule an odor control certified technician to come out as soon as possible and see what we can do to fix the problem.
You are careful and thorough. We are very pleased! I do think you schedule bookings a little close (we waited all day because our neighbor in the same building requested more services and they took longer than expected). BUT ... when Jared DID come, he finished the job even tho' it was after dark. He is a fine young man and wanted to please us. I think your advertising on the radio is a bit misleading.... it costs more than just the $90 for three rooms. There is the portable canister fee, water treatment and disposal fee, walk-in closets fee (closets are part of bedrooms), and of course, taxes. However ... we are very impressed you intend to refund the cost of cleaning one chair because you advertised that sale the week the chair was cleaned. Bottom line ... I would certainly have you come again and will recommend you to anybody!
Thanks for taking the time to write such a detailed response Carolee. The fee for the use of a portable is very rare and is only applied when we do not have access to the areas being cleaned from our vehicle. And we always include closets as part of the room cleaning price unless they are large closets that are the size of a small room. I'm glad you were impressed overall and we look forward to seeing you again!
