I really like that Zerorez is always on time to their appointments and they work in a fast manner. I also like that Zerorez offers their stain remover solution after cleaning the carpets. I would recommend this carpet cleaning company to friends and family.

Our carpet was really dirty. It seemed beyond hope! But your technician (Isaias) assured me that he had seen worse. (He was probably just being nice.) My husband and I were amazed at how good our carpet looked within one hour! I have two friends who wanted my review of Zerorez because of your ads. I'll be happy to tell them what a terrific job you did. And we will be calling you next time too.

The technician was very informative, he explained exactly what he were using to get the stain out. We will be using Zerorez for sure next the time we need our carpet cleaned.
Our carpets don't look great. They look the EXACT same. We were very excited to try Zerorez but for $313 we are sorely disappointed. We have a 30 unit apartment complex and had hopes of hiring you for that but were not impressed. I had to see if it was wet to even know if the tech went over them. :( You are overrated and we'll try someone else next time and recommend the same to friends and neighbors.

They showed up on time and the job that was done was just great.
The rug you cleaned did not get the smell out we payed a lot of money to get it cleaned like 140 and it still smells.you need to clean it again for free, you did not do what you said you would do.
Maria, you are absolutely right. Odor issues involving urine can be especially troublesome and difficult to remove, and sometimes it takes more than one cleaning to fix the problem. I will have someone out there tomorrow to re-clean that rug. Thank you for your feedback.
Dries quickly, comes clean and doesn't feel like there is residue
