Every Zero Rez technician that has ever cleaned my carpets have been professional, respectful, knowledgeable and very efficient.

The carpet cleaning was really good. I think that pricing should be upfront knowing what you need to pay. For instance the protector should be included as should the $9.00 water disposal fee. If this makes the initial price increase then so be it. But to have a price and then add all the extras is misleading.

The friendly staff, how clean the carpets get and how long they stay clean.

I love how clean my carpets are when they are cleaned by Zerorez and knowing there is no chemical or detergents used makes me so happy. My carpets also stay clean much longer with our all that soap. I am amazed not only how clean but that every furniture dimple or crease is gone, its quick, and the carpets dry within a few hours. Every technician that has came to my home is very respectful and courtious.

I would recomend them to everyone I know which I already have.

The carpets look great, however not impressed with the sealant that was put on my granite. Very expensive and does not look any better, was told that it would keep if from looking dull or having streaks. Well it looks more dull and streaks mor. Will definately tell associates not to have their granite done by zerorez.

The service was great & the results were great. I would use them again.

Everything is very clean with no soap. The carpet cleaners were very friendly. Thank you. I wish you didn't charge so much for wool rug cleaning. I had to have someone else clean mine.

The gentleman that cleaned my floors was very knowledgeable, he answered all my questions, he was fast and very kind. He called 20 minutes before he came so it was not a surprised arrival, and I was comfortable having him in my home.
On the other hand the people who answered the phone when I first called for service acted irritated and were not enjoyable to talk to. One employee told me I cannot have my carpets cleaned because of my location and a second one said I could and that you would be in my area on a certain day of the month. I am glad I called back a second time and talked to the second employee or I would have ended up with a different cleaner. I was not able to use any of the promotions because I didn't have a high enough dollar amount of cleaning that was frustrating.
