I found the service to be exceptional. Every thing was hamdled well and full explanations given.

Scheduling arrival time (3hour window) was not explained initially. Schedule was changed to another day due to a ZeroRez overbooking. I had to re-notify tenants of the changed date. Scheduling could be improved.

There was some sticky candy in one spot in our carpet and althought the carpets, in general look great, but I would think you'd be able to get out some sticky stuff.

My carpet has never been this clean since it was new. Rick was very nice. It was terribly expensive for me, but, I wanted to know for sure that it was finally clean.

I would like to have a better estimate on time it would take for carpet to dry. Some areas were 24 hrs. I was told 6-8. Or offer suggestions on how to make it dry faster

Thorough job; talked to me before working to verify the cost, expected effectiveness of the work (I have 4 dogs, and urine removal from basement carpet was needed). Set realistic expectations about cost and stain removal BEFORE work began. Work was accomplished in a timely manner.

No soaps in your products

I felt like the Zerorez representatives were knowledgeable about what would be best for my situation. They were honest about what their product would do and what I could expect. They didn't try to sell me something that would not help.

In all my experience with carpet cleaners, Zerorez does the best job and the carpet stays cleaner longer.

Rick was very professional, thorough, & careful. He did a great job of removing several rust & juice stains--not a trace remains.

The technicians

First I had called to see if there was anyway our appointment could be before 7:00 p.m.(our time was in between 4-7) because we were leaving to go out of town. I was told yes it would be around 5;00 p.m. and they would call. Finally at 6:00 I called and they said sorry but the gentleman who was going to clean my carpet was running late and they would find someone. He showed up at 6:30. My son and I had everything moved out of both bedrooms, and everything off the floor in the walk in closet an easy clean. I had left came back and the carpet behind the door in closet was not cleaned. It bothers me.

I liked that there were no chemicals used.
