They were on time and efficient and did a really thorough job. I really felt like they took their time to make the stairs and other areas look clean and they still do almost 2 weeks later!
The young man that came and cleaned my carpets was very knowledgeable in the products and what he was doing. He was very friendly and even when one of the machines where having trouble he still finished the job and made no complaints at all.....i would totally recommend this company to all my friends.

I was promised a call on Tuesday to setup a time for Thursday. I was not given a call until Thursday prior to the tech coming up to the house.
