It seems to get carpets more clean than other companies we have used.
The carpets I had cleaned had many stains that I didn't think would come out and they did. Our technician Bill was very professional and personal at the same time. He explained the procedure well and did an excellent job on the carpet. It looked brand new.
'How clean the carpets look and how quickly it was done.
The process is the most effective we have found in cleaning carpets. The company promptly sent a return technician to clean up some areas that were missed in the first cleaning. We appreciate their integrity.
The men that did my carpet did a great job and I would like to have them come back in about six months.

My renter spent $469 with you for a move out cleaning at my recommendation. Upon inspecting there was a noticeable dog urine smell in the house dispute spending so much money with you and having a lot of topical and water claw treatments. When I had you out to reinspect, I received a bid for an additional $600 after which I would have no guarantee. I had Venturi come out who bid $325
with a guarantee and includes recleaning the whole house. Hired them, house smells great, urine gone.
Be more timely on your appointment window. Yuor technician also missed a small portion of the carpet.
It is fast, the carpet dries quickly, it really cleans the carpet, and there is no sticky residue.

Technician arrived much later then the perscribed 3 hour window time. Also, the charge was $354.45 for a service that took approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. I felt the service was very expensive.
I'm sorry we were so late Mark. The day of your appointment we had two vehicles go down early in the day, so it pushed a lot of our appointments behind. I'd like to follow up with you to go over that invoice to make sure everything is correct. And since we were there for a short time, I also want to ensure that you are satisfied with all of the work that was done. Thank you for taking the time to respond since it helps us to improve.
I like that I don't have to wait days for the carpet to dry. And I like that the carpets feel soft and not stiff afterwards.
