The two gentlemen who cleaned my carpets, I believe their names were Rick and Teancum, were very polite and explained the process thoroughly. I also appreciated that they understood that I was working on a budget, and they didn't try to pressure me into buying services that I couldn't afford. I am extremely impressed with how good my 13-year-old carpet looks now. I have never had a company come close to doing such a good job. I will definitely call on Zerorez any time I need carpet cleaning.

You are polite, understanding and professional when it comes to caring about your clients. And you are able to get our carpets cleaner than anyone else. We have been very satisfied customers for years. Last week we had our carpets cleaned and for the first time we were disappointed. Our hallway did not come clean, though other higher traffic areas had. A new employee was being trained and had cleaned that area. My husband called, and you immediately made it right. Another cleaning for that area was scheduled and another professional employee arrived. In minutes he had our hallway clean. When it was dry, I was very satisfied as this is the service I am accustom to with Zerorez. Also in our original carpet cleaning our newly painted wall was dinged by equipment and scuffed and left unsightly with holes and missing paint. The manager, with whom my husband spoke, was very concerned about that and cared about our satisfaction. Even with the troubles that accompanied this cleaning, Zerorez went out of their way to make things right. Where else can you get service like that! I will continue to use Zerorez and I continue to refer my friends and associates to Zerorez, as well.

System got out stains that others couldn't. Your person that did the cleaning was friendly and very helpfully.

I was happy with the job that was done. I had to cancel the first time because I was told I would have the earliest apt. I needed an early morning apt. for dry time. After waiting a week for the morning apt. I was called the day before and told my apt. was the first, my tec. didn't come till 11 am. not the first. not his fault, the person scheduling problem. My carpet is extra thick, we were not able to sleep in our room, the carpet was still wet! Love the job, not happy with scheduling!

My carpet was dry very quickly. The agent that cleaned the carpet was very good. He saw my carpet and said this should be easy to clean. I have a very high traffic area that gets so dirty and he didn't question that he could clean it. I have had a couple other companies clean the carpet and when they have looked at this area both companies have said they would do their best but wouldn't promise anything. It never was very clean until you guys cleaned it and it looks wonderful!
