Product and service.
Chris was so knowledgable and helped to educate us on the product and about carpet. He was friendly and fast. We appreciated him bringing a great attitude into our home. He was so willing to work with our busy schedules and he was great around our kid.
Friendly, hard working serviceman. He worked really hard on one of my trouble spots. He was careful with the hardwood floors and meeting my expectations. Thank you
It was quick and it worked.
Did not arrive in scheduled four hour window. Technician was in quite a hurry. Started to clean up without even asking me if it looked good. Had to ask him to come back in and redo one area. Wish I had ask him to redo two other areas. First experience was great. This time not so much.

I want to apologize for the pace that occurred on the job we did for you our technicians are trained to take as much time is needed per each of our customers home and not to rush no matter what you are they're only concern. I am going to make sure to follow up with the technician you had to remind him of this rule. I have scheduled your appointment to have the first technician you had come to touch up some of your areas for you. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied.

I like that it is clean and there is no residue. The results are great. The technician was efficient and friendly.
I had my carpets cleaned 2 months ago. I noticed a spot and tried to take care of it myself but couldn't. A neighbor was getting her carpets cleaned and I asked if the technicians could stop by and take a look. They did and it is gone. Thanks for the service of following up and taking care of your clients.

I have used you for years at my home and rentals. I just used you at my home for the second time this month and you overcharged me. I was quoted 25 a room for the 2 I had left I was charged for 3 @ $89 instead of 2 when I called they didn't get back to me like they said and I had to call again the girl I talked to said the 1 rm was over 200 sq ft not the case. My husband I were very disappointed

Promptness, cleanliness, carpets & tiles look great, seems to be less dust from air ducts.

Really takes out the stains, dries quickly, no residue
All my interactions with the company were positive. The guys who came to clean (we used zerorez two different times) were both great and really helpful. I love that you don't use soap in your products so you don't have to worry about it all getting picked up again.
The gentleman who came to clean (Adam) was so friendly and explained exactly what he would do, etc. It made the entire experience a very relaxed one! The carpets all looked so much better when finished and we are very satisfied.
Upholstery and tile came out beautiful.

I am a repeat customer. The product and service have always restored my light carpets, they look clean and wear well. The employees were helpful, polite, informative, on time and worked hard to complete the job. I will call zerorez for the next carpet cleaning.
