The carpet was cleaner than I have ever seen it. We have a home carpet cleaner and Zerorez got it so much cleaner.

There were stains that were unable to come up. I'm not sure if it was the fault of zerorez or just the type of stains they were.

The thing I like best is that Zerorez doesn't use soaps or any kind of detergents, leaving zero residue! The carpets dried much more quickly this time and I like that. I forgot to ask if the service guy (Adam) put some kind of protectant on the carpets after he was done. I sure hope he did.

Alfredo was the technician and he was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all of the processes that Zerorez uses during the cleaning. He showed us the difference in the empowered water that Zerorez uses versus tap water. I was impressed. The clean was great!

Your technician was prompt, professional and friendly. After my carpets were cleaned they looked like new, I was so excited. My carpet is 15 years old, and all the high traffic areas in my home needed some help. I couldn't believe the difference it made. I wanted to have everything cleaned in my home, and I eventually will. Zerorez is the only one I would call!

I've never had a bad cleaning experience. Technicians seem to work hard and do a good job.

I like to use Zerorez because I feel that they will get my carpets clean. This last time, I felt the cleaners were very professional and not pushy. I appreciated that.

It hasn't been long enough to really judge if this cleaning will be better than others because my husband had knee surgery right after and we have not been at home to even be on the carpet. One of the bound carpet runners is looking like it showing dirt already but it may just be that it is worn.

Was scheduled for between 2 and 5 and you came at 7. Disappointing. The pretreatment of the spots was not good. With all you Hype I expected something different.

Alfredo did a fantastic job. The carpets look fantastic.

My dog had an allergic reaction to a medication, and my carpet was a wall-to-wall mess from 36 hours of all stages of diarrhea (I apologize for being graphic, but it's critical to the feedback). I've never seen anything like it; it was horrific and the smell was overpowering. I still can't believe they got it out. A couple of the spots came back faintly, but given what it looked like when your guys came in, this is best-case scenario.

Your staff is friendly and helpful. The gentleman who scheduled my appointment was very accommodating when I explained the situation, and was able to get me into your busy schedule right away. The only reaction Rick showed when entering my house was genuine concern for my dog's health; not even a flicker of distaste at the mess in front of him. I had told the techs that the carpet was going to be replaced, and the cleaning was a very temporary solution, just to please do their best; even so, I know they gave the job their all and the result speaks for itself.

The carpet in our house looked much better when your consultant finished it. There were many stains in the carpeted areas and some of them came out...unfortunately some did not. The man's name who did the work is Alfredo. He worked very hard and was very personable and friendly. Overall I was very pleased.

Carpets always come out very clean . Mike was very professional & represents ZeroRez well. Only negative is even w/ discount, the cost seemed too much... Equated to more than $200 /.hr. I have 3 sets of stairs which also made cost soar (seems like there should be a break or discount for returning customers or something .)
