Expectations were established upfront. Also, indication was made of a professional, on-site inspection that would take place before any services were given. This thorough inspection discovered some major problems that needed to be resolved. Prices were clear and expectations were exceeded. After 3 days, everything is still perfect. Prices were fair.

Compared to other vendors I've used like Venturi, I find your services expensive and lacking necessary guarantees. Your pet treatments are $75 per gallon and yet your staff and techs provide no confidence level that they will solve the problems you may be faced with. By not running any deodorizing agents in your cleaning, even if your pet treatment was effective the house still smells like a dog.

I like the way the floor is treated before the cleaning. There is no residue left. When the floor is completed it is damp but not awfully wet so it dries in a resonable amount of time.

No strong smell, dries fast and the guys who came to do the job were fantastic!!! I will be needing my couch and love seat cleaned soon and will be calling Zerorez!!!
