Way too expensive for just decent results
Very friendly, thorough service
Zerorez arrived at our house within the time slot they told me they would. The crew member, Angelo, was very kind and accommodating. He did a very thorough job and took the time to answer our questions. Zerorez got stains and odors out of my mom's carpet that I thought would never come out!! It was awesome to watch. I will definitely use Zerorez again!
There are a few small areas in one room where our frieze carpet that is unravelled and ruined by the cleaning process. Despite this, the service was excellent and our carpet clean. The drying time was a little longer than we anticipated, but this wasn't such a bother. It was finding spots of carpet ruined that was disappointing.
The technician was very nice and the carpet was clean. However, there were a few spots that were clearly missed over. It was difficult to notice this when the carpet was still wet, but once it dried it's obvious that these were missed. I'm pleased the carpet is clean- I didn't know if it would be- but I'm disappointed it wasn't done thoroughly.

This is only my first time using Zerorez but the experience was great. The carpet appear to be rejuvenated and the technician was outstanding and explained everything very well.
No chemicals
The carpet cleaning is done well and well priced. However you better watch out for the extra charges for protectant which some times very surprising and some charged seem outrageous. My wife want to clean the carpet and when I get the bill I see an extra $150 for protectant on a fairly small area. It says 2 gallons, why would it be $75 a gallon and I don't know why with "zero residue" one would put 2 gallons in a hallway. My wife had a misunderstanding on price, She thought it was $75 total (which still seems too high).
So I say good carpet cleaning, but don't fall for the protectant or other extra stuff, it should be "zero residue"
The technician did a great job setting expectations (we hadn't had the carpets cleaned in 5+ years), and then communicating everything he was doing. The carpets look great and I am very happy with the service.
The only suggestion I might make, is that it would be better to send your technicians with a credit card reader (like from Square Reader), so that they're not putting my personal credit card info in their phone.
I paid $100 for 2 rooms to be treated for pet urine and they still stink. Not worth the $100 extra since it didn't seem to do anything.

I love what you offer, but there was one problem. Twice the citrus cleaner spilled into my carpet. The first time I used my water vac to clean up as much as possible, then it happened again in about the same place on my carpet. Now I have a rather large 3 foot spot on my carpet. The rest of the carpet looks great.
Our carpets seemed new again.
