Your worker was very professional and did an awesome job for me. I was and am very pleased with him and the job he did for me.
Our house no longer smells like cats used the carpets as a litter box! The tech knew his line of work! Knowledgeable about products, equipment, and different treatments. Our carpets have never looked better since we have moved in!
clean and dry..friendly technician
I have used Zerorez to clean my carpets for several years because I like your approach and products for cleaning my carpets. I was very impressed and pleased with the service provided by your trainer that cleaned my carpets. He was professional, willing to serve and please after a long day's work. I am sorry I have forgotten his name --I think it was Jarom or Jared---he replaced Rick that day, Thursday, August 17th. He said my carpets would be dry by noon the next day and they were! I would be happy to recommend him to a friend or have him clean my carpets next time. Thanks!
I was not happy with the way the carpet was cleaned in specific areas. It looks like a lot of places were missed. My high traffic area was worked on and cleaned up pretty well but some of the other areas were missed. Sort of stripped looking. I believe it can be taken care of if it was gone over again more carefully. I really don't like to complain because it was "cleaner" I just wish it was more thorough.
The end result is exactly as promised!

Works great and no chemicals
Tech could have talked to us a bit more about the carpet. We had a couple of questions on stains we forgot to ask about until after he left. Would have been nice if he had brought it up first as he saw them. Only complaint.
Our carpet looks like new, all stains are gone and the carpet is soft, not crunchy. The technician knew what he was doing and was efficient.

I originally thought you did a great job. Then there was a small spot we needed to clean, just two days after your associate cleaned the area. My little Bissell spot bought got up so much more dirt than I expected it would after just being cleaned. I will definitely tell people about my experience.

The carpets are clean and they dry fast. They are also soft.
The technician was super-late. Zero Rez told us two days before the technician came that he would could between 3pm and 6pm. The timing was important; we had kids to put to bed and I took time off work to wait for the technician. Zero Rez called us at 4pm telling us the technician would come nearer to 6pm. I called at a few minutes before 6pm to find out where the technician was. Zero Rez could not get a hold of him. Zero Rez then called back some time after 6pm telling me the technician would come near 7pm and gave me the technician's name and phone number; Zero Rez told me that the reason was because the technician was asked to do extras at the previous appointment (which was not a very satisfying reason for the customer to hear, since it did not sound like particularly good customer service to inconvenience the next customer in line instead of making the previous customer reschedule for the extras). I believe the technician was switched on us without Zero Rez telling us, because the technician whose name and number I was given didn't answer, and I got a call around 6:30 from a technician with a different name and a different phone number. This technician said he would not be able to come until about 8:30pm, so we timed our kids' bedtime around that time. About 20 minutes to eight while I was putting my toddler to bed, I got a call saying the technician would be able to come at 8pm. I agreed to this, but at this point, it was smack in the middle of the bedtime routine because I had planned for the later time.
Upon arrival, the technician was polite and the service was fine, but no better than the next carpet cleaner. I will be hiring the next carpet cleaner next time. I will be posting this review online as well.
THEY ARE HONEST AND EFFICENT. THEY DON'T ADD-ON ALL KINDS OF STUFF EITHER. CARPETS CLEAN AND WE'RE HAPPY.

Let customers know that there may be some buckling in the carpet as it dries. When we saw that our carpet was doing this I was concerned that it had been ruined. Once it dried though it looked great.
