Excellent service and thorough cleaning. Expensive!!! And not a fan of the 9$ dirty water disposal fee. Do what you need to do in order to get rid of that.

I have used your services for over 10 years and have recommended it multiple times to friends. You are able to get the pet spots out and it dries fast and I like the fact you do not use chemicals.

Expectations were established upfront. Also, indication was made of a professional, on-site inspection that would take place before any services were given. This thorough inspection discovered some major problems that needed to be resolved. Prices were clear and expectations were exceeded. After 3 days, everything is still perfect. Prices were fair.

The technicians are great and I like the no residue.
Compared to other vendors I've used like Venturi, I find your services expensive and lacking necessary guarantees. Your pet treatments are $75 per gallon and yet your staff and techs provide no confidence level that they will solve the problems you may be faced with. By not running any deodorizing agents in your cleaning, even if your pet treatment was effective the house still smells like a dog.
If your service and method is that good, stand behind it!

Our carpet looks beautiful and so does the furniture. It didn't take forever to dry AND didn't leave a big round spot where they ended the job. I really liked Rick & Taylor. Nice guys! When my son and his new wife moved into a dirty apartment, we had the carpets re-cleaned by Zerorez (the property manager said the carpets had been cleaned). What an incredible difference! And I felt so relieved that the carpets were sanitized and disinfected. Now I can sleep at night, knowing that my son and daughter-in-law won't be catching any diseases or rashes (or worse) from dirty carpets. Thank you.
