Our Carpets are ALWAYS bad and they get them so clean!
And they are quick!
Was scheduled for between 2 and 5 and you came at 7. Disappointing. The pretreatment of the spots was not good. With all you Hype I expected something different.
You got the grease out. Great cleaner. I have used Zsrorez often and I love you guys. Keep up the great work.
Alfredo did a fantastic job. The carpets look fantastic.
My dog had an allergic reaction to a medication, and my carpet was a wall-to-wall mess from 36 hours of all stages of diarrhea (I apologize for being graphic, but it's critical to the feedback). I've never seen anything like it; it was horrific and the smell was overpowering. I still can't believe they got it out. A couple of the spots came back faintly, but given what it looked like when your guys came in, this is best-case scenario.
Your staff is friendly and helpful. The gentleman who scheduled my appointment was very accommodating when I explained the situation, and was able to get me into your busy schedule right away. The only reaction Rick showed when entering my house was genuine concern for my dog's health; not even a flicker of distaste at the mess in front of him. I had told the techs that the carpet was going to be replaced, and the cleaning was a very temporary solution, just to please do their best; even so, I know they gave the job their all and the result speaks for itself.

The carpet in our house looked much better when your consultant finished it. There were many stains in the carpeted areas and some of them came out...unfortunately some did not. The man's name who did the work is Alfredo. He worked very hard and was very personable and friendly. Overall I was very pleased.

Carpets always come out very clean . Mike was very professional & represents ZeroRez well. Only negative is even w/ discount, the cost seemed too much... Equated to more than $200 /.hr. I have 3 sets of stairs which also made cost soar (seems like there should be a break or discount for returning customers or something .)

Adam was very nice and understood my frustration with just having the carpet cleaned by another company and the carpet did not come clean. With your product I could instantly see the difference. I liked how the carpet was brought back to like, the lighter color was brighter. When it was dry I could feel that it was not sticky or rough from left on chemicals.

The first person I talked with on the phone to make an appointment was really slow and didn't know what she was doing. We got through it. Your technician wasn't able to come in the time they first told me 2-5 but ended up getting to me at 6pm. He was excellent but the day was kind of a bust waiting for him to come and then cut into family time so late. He was very apologetic and did a great job but when I make an appointment it seems that they should be here on time. Maybe you need more technicians to run on time?
