My carpets and chair did not look any different after they were cleaned. The technican had to come twice to clean the chair. Normally there is a clean smell and they LOOK brighter and cleaner. That was not the case, and I can see the same hallway spots now coming back. Empowered water! What is that?

When I had you out to reinspect, I received a bid for an additional $600 after which I would have no guarantee. I had Venturi come out who bid $325
with a guarantee and includes recleaning the whole house. Hired them, house smells great, urine gone.

Be more timely on your appointment window. Yuor technician also missed a small portion of the carpet.
