TYhe carpet seem to have a smell like damp carpet for several days. The stains did not really clean as nice as I have had with other services.

I think you leave my rooms deodorized and mold free.

Technician was great

this visit was a return to redo a small very heavily traveled area in the family room. I appreciated the quick response after I called and asked to have this area redone. The two who showed up were very cordial and quickly took care of the problem to my satisfaction. I was not even sure it could be made cleaner because of the age of the carpet and the traffic it gets.

The technician (Rick) was very helpful, informative and professional. He was also very thorough in his cleaning. When we need your services again we will definitely put in a special request for him.

The carpets are very clean and I like not having soap and chemicals used on them.

Mostly I was very impressed with Jesus. He was very polite, answered all my questions, took the time to make sure I understood the products - how they work and why the are beneficial/recommended. He was not pushy, but asked if I wanted a tile demonstration that I am not prepared to do right now. I am pleased with the quality of work that was done. Very honest. Very thorough. And friendly too. Also very easy to schedule the cleaning.

1. I called 3 weeks ago, and did not get a call back like they said they would. I called a second time.
2. Did not get the carpet clean in some areas.
3. Carpet is now lose in some areas around the walls.
4. It took 24 hours to dry, not 6-8 hours as I was told.
5. The promotion said there would be a gift certificate for 2 hours of cleaning. No certificate left.
6. I sent an email expressing the above and was told that a person that is very knowledgeable would come by today between 4 and 7 pm to look at the carpet and bring the certificate. I have been waiting all afternoon and this person still has not shown up.
7. It is now 7:05 and I have to leave.

I've had my carpets cleaned several times before by Zerorez but yesterday was a whole different experience. The time frame to come clean my carpets was between 2-5pm. I called twice, and was told they were behind. At 5:30 I called again and they told me they were still coming but had a job that turned into a bigger job. Understandable. I will receive a $25 card to Provo Beach Resort for the inconvenience. The technician came at 7:30 and told me they couldn't honor what the invoice said was promised to me!
I called last week and wanted to receive the 2 hours of American Housekeeping. I wanted 3 rooms, stairs and a hallway cleaned. I would have to spend $120. I wrote that down on the Valpak coupon and that's what I expected to have done. I spent hours moving furniture and vacuuming to get ready. When the technician arrived he said there was a mistake and he couldn't do 3 rooms, and the stairs would cost another $60. He also told me that my family room was too big and would be considered 2 rooms. As I said above, I have had my carpets cleaned several times by your company and never been told that.
I told him that was unacceptable and it wasn't my fault that the person making my appointment wasn't clear on the terms. I asked if there was anyone I could call but being as it was already 7:30pm there was nobody at work. He called his manager and he was informed to clean 2 rooms, stairs and the hallway(free of charge). I hate being surprised by added charges or finding out that what we agreed upon over the phone was not actually what they were going to give me!
Usually when companies make a mistake they honor what the agreement stated. I was very annoyed with the way things turned out. I know your company charges more than a lot of other companies but the service I've received in the past has been worth it. This time I was not happy. I hope this does not fall on deaf ears.

I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable tech and the products seemed to have gotten the smell out of the carpet.

Get out the dirt stains better.

We were told by the lady on the phone, when we requested carpet cleaning, that we would not have to pay the $9.00 Water Treatment & Disposal Fee. It showed up on our Service Summary & Invoice. Could you please reimburse us for the $9.00 fee.
