The technician knocked a picture off my wall in my bedroom, it left a deep long gouge and black mark on my wall. I called and was told someone would get back to me. Having a one year old in the house, I liked the fact that there are no harmful chemicals in your product. I also liked our technician, Adam. He was very pleasant to work with and explained everything so I could understand it.

The tech was very knowledgable and explained the your process for cleaning! He also was very careful in making certain that door facings and walls were not damaged during the cleaning process. Other services that you offer were presented without the normal sales pressure!

I had not had my carpet cleaned professionally in years but after our zerorez cleaning, it looks almost brand new. The technician was great...thorough and professional. The carpet dried relatively fast. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

Obviously the no residue, dries quickly, but in addition both times I have used Zero Rez the service has been outstanding.
