There is a large spot by the stairs that looks gray as if it was missed completely by the machine and some of the areas by the doors remained untouched. It took forever to dry even with the furnace turned up. My concern is that it may have soaked into the pad which could cause more health issues for me.

I'm so sorry you had that experience. It sounds like there were a lot of things we didn't do very well. If it is convenient for you, I would like to schedule a technician to come out and re-clean those areas for you tomorrow. I would also like to know how long the carpets took to dry. I will follow up with you this afternoon to make sure they dried within a reasonable time and that no mildew issues have developed that we need to address. Missed spots and long dry times are unacceptable and I want to make this right. Thank you for letting us know about these issues so that they could be addressed.

False advertising. I called on the #100 $79.00 special for 3 rooms. I then was charged #102 - $35.00 per area carpet cleaning $105.00. I was advised of the water treatment and disposal fee in advance. However I was not advised of the AREA CLEANING FEE PLUS THE AREA CARPET CLEANING FEE NOR THE ADDITIONAL FEE FOR PET TRREATMENT. I think you need to be truthful in your advertising as well when you call to confirm appoint. I do not like surprises after the work is performed.
Jim, I'm sorry you felt that way, and I would really like to follow up with you and find out where the discrepancy lies. I looked up your invoice and it shows that you booked the appointment for 3 areas at 79 dollars, and added two more areas for a total of 5 rooms. When the technician arrived, you added an additional area as well as a bathroom. Those additional areas that you asked us to clean will show up as "Area Carpet Cleaning" on your invoice. We didn't quote you for the pet treatments up front because we did not know that there was urine in the carpet. I can understand the frustration of planning to spend a certain amount and ending up paying more, but I assure you that we do not advertise falsely and we are not a bait and switch company. I will follow up with you this afternoon to make sure there were no mistakes on your invoice and that you agreed to everything that we billed you for.
I love how clean our carpets are after getting them cleaned by zerorez and they dry so fast.

The tech was very nice and did a great job but he had truck problems and was later than expected and his equipment leaked and by leaked I mean poured water out of the hose on my floor and my hard wood floor and the base boards. I think that when you pay that much money you should have good running equipment, otherwise I could have went to Home depot and rented thier machine.

I will follow up with you today to make sure everything looks great, and if we have damaged your floor with the water we will do whatever it takes to fix it. For general cleaning of traffic areas it was fine. But the 2 specific spots in my nursey which needed attention still smell. I'm under the impression that your product does well on the surface but does not reach or affected the pad below.

Sorry there is still an odor. Our hot water extraction likely eliminated about 90% of the issue, but it sounds like there is an odor being caused by bacterial growth. I will come out personally and treat those spots with a disinfectant to eliminate the odor. We should have recommended this as an option when we were there the first time, so I am happy to do this for you at no cost. Thanks for letting us know.
The process was very quick and easy, leaving little dampness to the carpet. The results were beautiful, especially considering it had been several years since the last professional cleaning.

Prompt thorough service, answered my questions, showed me the water comparison to further educate me. All staff helped me schedule and fulfill four consecutive property appointments at locations all within a two block area. All the areas cleaned up very well. One of the owners requested adding two entryways and a stairway and the technician was completely professional and willingly priced it and excellently completed each job to satisfaction. The invoices were detailed and were paid for individually. We're anxious to see how the carpets hold up with tenant traffic in the various apartments. We're completely satisfied and look forward to forging a more permanent business relationship! Thanks!

The general cleaning was quite good, but the edges not and the spots I pointed out are still there.

The tech was clean, considerate,and did a good job. I liked that he was diligent about wearing the show covers in my house and taking them off when he went outside, I liked the corner protectors.
The stains that had reappeared after a different company clean our carpets came out. Hopefully they won't come back again.
The tech also left me with a bottle of stain remover, and some instructions on what to do with it.

I heard about zerorez on KSL radio, I believed what they said about Zerorez. We have old carpets in the basement, they cleaned really good. I was surprised some of the bad spots were gone. We were told they would dry in 4 to 5 hours, wrong! it took 24 hours to dry.
You're right Doris. 24 hours is waaay too long to dry. I will schedule to have a technician come out and apply a disinfectant in case any mildew issues have developed. Thank you for letting us know. Wet carpet for a full day is unacceptable. We will bring this up in our next morning meeting.
