Carpet looks great. Professional service technician.
Too rushed, left too fast and didn't explain any type of follow up or summary of what they did and break down of cost. Missed an area of tile they were supposed to clean.

Very thorough and professional as well as quite friendly
I would recommend but also let them know that you will try to up the price and sell extra services that you hadn't planned on getting. This is not anything against the technician, but I have used two in the past two weeks and that seems to be the way they are trained through your company.

The service man was very professional and courteous and was able to get the stain out of the carpet. He took our runner to be cleaned and has been very attentive to follow up on the progress and services which were ordered.

Our carpets got really clean and dried quickly
I have already provided my feedback (and extreme dissatisfaction) with the office staff and the scheduling of my estimate and rug cleaning. However, both technicians I dealt with (Jerem (sp?) and Adam) and Daniel, who is cleaning my area rug, were wonderful -- very professional and thorough. Adam did a great job on my carpets and they look 100% better. It's too bad I can't recommend Zerorez because of the terrible customer service I encountered with the office staff. If it were not for that, I would have given you a wholehearted recommendation (including to a friend who asked me just yesterday for a one).

You are absolutely right. After reading your responses I went back and listened to every phone call we had with you, and putting myself in your position, I would've been extremely frustrated. We did a terrible job communicating with you on both appointments, and made a mistake on the arrival time. Today we are going to have a staff meeting and discuss all the mistakes that were made in your particular case, and more importantly how we can avoid them next time. Thank you for your responses, since they exposed some problems and helped us improve. I will call you personally this afternoon to fill you in on all the details. I'm glad to hear that you were impressed with the cleaning and your technician, and hope you give us the chance to do better next time.
It always amazes me how clean you guys get the carpet. One time we had to go with someone else for our rental unit because you were booked. I will never do that again. You guys are worth the wait!
