For the most part we are very pleased with the service we received with zerorez. The technician called ahead as was requested, he arrived and was professional and listened to all the concerns we had. He was professional with his work (wearing covers on his shoes, closing the door behind him, etc.). The carpet looked beautiful and he was able to get most of the spit-up stains out that our 18month daughter had made when she was younger and had reflux. He also cleaned our shower and although it was expensive so far it was worth it. I will have to follow up after I clean it and see how much difference the protective coating makes. The carpet dried in about 7 hours and didn't leave our house smelling like our carpets had just been cleaned, which is an added bonus in my opinion. In the future we will use zerorez for all of our carpet cleaning needs.
My carpet in the basement is 19 years old. After Zerorez, it looks brand new. I also like that there is no soap residue left to collect dirt. My carpets look cleaner longer. I will never use another carpet cleaner besides Zerorez.

Was disappointed that the "punch" stains didn't come out of my white sofa...so I took it upon myself and washed the cushion covers by hand and managed to get the pink stains out.
We were quite satisfied. There were a few spots that needed redoing, and the adjacent tile floors where the hoses crossed were left with a residue.
About 5 months ago we had you come and clean our carpets...this experience was not good. We had to have your guy come back and re-clean the carpets and then it seemed that they did not stay clean for very long. All of this was a big disappointment! When your person call last week to schedule a return, I told her of my previous bad experience. She asked to let you come back and clean 2 rms. for no charge. I agreed and was pleasently surprised with the great service and cleaning job we received and will now recommend Zerorez without reservation.
I liked how my carpets looked and felt after the cleaning. This was my first time using zerorez and won't be my last:)

I liked how your company cares about my house with all the steps they take to make sure nothing gets dinged up, like the corner guards for the walls and the foam blocks under the furniture and the shoe covers that your technician took on and off every time he came in and out of my house.
Your prices are expensive! Even with a discount, we feel it is out of our price range.
David was very thorough and spent extra time on areas that needed it.
Both gentelmen were very professional. They put on the footies everytime they came into the house. They made sure to protect our property from any damage with the hoses. They did a fantastic job with the air ducts and also with cleaning the carpet. I definitely would recommend Zerorez to my family and friends. Thanks a lot for a good service.
my carpets looked good
The strip of carpet under my make up cabinet was not cleaned the carpet strip under two of my doors was not cleaned overall I was happy but disappointed that my carpets looked great and the those strips of carpet were filthy they also did not lock up when they left my home. I would use your service again and just be more specific about those areas and meet them when they were done to make sure my house was secured.
Overall, I was happy with the service. My only complaint is that is seemed pricey. As I have looked around after the service, I have found companies who clean carpets for significantly cheaper with similar claims (no residue, quick drying, etc.) The technician who came out however was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a good job.
I thought the man that cleaned my carpet was very educated. It was by far the best experience I have ever had. I will definitely be using this company again!!!

I called to get some clarification on the charges and was told someone would call back and have never heard from you
Also the service man was to be at our home 9-11. He did not arrive until almost 1:00. He was goo but charged us more for the area I had already explained to the person who took the order. I did call and give measurements to someone. She said they would call back and I have not hear from anyone.
Your machine froze up and my carpet was half cleaned. The appointment should of only taken 45 minutes took over two hours the Technician had to come back and finished which took another hour. Not looking for a discount or anything else some type of compensation would of been nice for the inconvience. Spent my whole day off getting the carpets cleaned.

I called the same day as my appointment and explained that the technicians had not screwed the air return vents on correctly. Also that they had marked my newly painted walls (remodeled in November), to the point of chipping the paint next to one of the vents and leaving a one inch gash in the wall near another. I was told I'd get a call back but haven't to date.
Additionally there was quite a bit of debris left on the new hardwood floors and carpet, not just dust. While I was expecting to have to wash the floors of footprints, I would have expected them to sweep up the dust they brought up from sticking the vacuum hoses down the vents. The solution from one of them was to pay to have the carpets and wood cleaned. Again, this is brand new flooring and carpet. It shouldn't have to be cleaned. I specifically mentioned to them we had just done some remodeling and I was nervous about they not marking up the paint. I shouldn't have had to mention it, but I did. Then to have these things happen was quite disappointing.
Also, I have to complain about the over familiarity of one of the technicians. I think (and hope) he was the trainee on the crew. I understand that part of their job is to sell me on more services, but how many times did I need to say no, I wasn't interested. I understand they are selling me on your services, but there is a point where it is just too much. I did appreciate him telling me the dryer vent wasn't attached and attaching it for me, but I didn't need to be told multiple times how he was doing me a favor. While it was okay for him to ask about why we did some of the things we did, I didn't appreciate being asked how much it cost. My final issue with him was when he used my bathroom. I understand, people need to use the bathroom. But he didn't lock the door, and after awhile I went to put something away and opened the door on him. Quite embarrassing for me, even if he was just washing his hands. I was going to let the personal issues slide and not mention them, but you sent the survey, I should let you know everything.
All of this has bothered me now since last Wednesday. Again, I did call and mention the wall damage Wednesday afternoon once the technicians had left. I was told by the CSR they needed to talk to the technician and someone would get back to me Thursday. Haven't heard anything.
No, I will not be recommending your company to someone else. I am quite disappointed in the customer service.
