Although we did not choose the expensive stain removal treatment for our garage, we paid $79 to have it power washed. There are still dead bugs, leaves, dust, and other debris all over, especially in the corners and cracks.

The carpets look great.

Tech did nice work my carpet is very clean! I was a bit bugged when I asked him to clean under my couch and he said you want that done? Duh! Also he kept hitting my base boards with the wand.

The results was what I was pleased with and the Tech's were informative on the services provided. I felt the office should be more customer orient. I requested a AM appointemnt, was given a PM appointment. Called again and requested AM appointment and was told that the trucks would be sequenced the day before and they couldn't tell me I would get a AM appointment. Had to call three times to get my invoice sent to my e-mail and inquired about my voucher and was told it would be mailed. Corrected invoice with my address. I will have my frontroom, hallway & carpet runners done next month & would like the same tech's that did my grandson carpet in Midvale this last Thursday. Thanks for listening. I watch for the voucher in the mail. Your ad was on KSL.

Carpets and ducts are very clean. Both techs made efforts to care for the condition of my home.

Good job guys, thanks! There were a couple areas on the tile we had cleaned where something was stuck and would have to have been scraped and were not.

Zerorez did a terrific job of cleaning my light yellow/gold carpet. It was very plush, but they worked miracles and it dried very quickly.
