Excellent in one of the rooms especially. One room, however had no spots, nut a big spot was there after the carpets dried--all but the one spot.

Chris of Zerorez here in Utah did an excellent job. They were very careful in cleaning our carpets and protecting our furniture from any damage while cleaning our carpets. That careful approach to the work is very important to us. Chris was able to remove a tough spot in bedroom that was spilled makeup. I would definitely recommend Chris to a friend.

Jordan was a very worthy and wonderful representative of your company. He came into my home, was very understanding of my needs, explained exactly what was going to be done, and why, answered my questions intelligently, showed he knew his industry, and told me why ZEROREZ works extremely well. We did a walk through, and then he went to work. By the way, he worked very hard as I looked on, and I was mostly surprised by what I called "the mulcher"--the machine I had never heard of or seen before. This machine made the carpet revive after being trampled down for six or seven years.

Another thing about Jordan stood out from anyone else who had ever done carpets for me: He was groomed, wore booties over his boots, his hair was neat, clean shaven, shirt tucked in, just a real nice and tidy personal representative of ZEROREZ. One more thing, he is a very likable guy, and I would request him the next time ZEROREZ comes to my home.

The carpet area still has a distinct throw up smell. The service rep was more interested in selling us unnecessary services making us extremely uncomfortable. The tubing hose that was brought in rubbed off our paint on the border by our stairs and corner of our wall. Our home is just a little over a year old and now have to paint over the markings.

Our couches were getting gross after 5 years of use and kid abuse. Zerorez made them look like new again!!
