Zerorez did a tremendous job cleaning my tile grout, It was black and they restored the color light brown immediately. I will be calling very soon to clean my carpets. Awesome!

One comment though... After one day our carpets are still moist..and a bit smelly. We were told they'd be dry in a couple of hours.
They should be dry within 2 to 4 hours with our system. If they are not we want to get out there with an air mover and help the process.

Thank you for asking. I thought the service that we received was very good. Adam was very thoughtful and kind when he arrived. However, when I called and made the appointment for Monday I was told via e-mail that someone would call two (2) days prior to the appointment to give me a window as to when we could expect the service to be preformed. No one called on Saturday. No calls on Monday until I called and left a message Monday morning. About two hours later someone back called and said we could expect a call in about 30-45min. to give us a time. Two hrs later Adam called and gave us a time that we could expect to see him. Also, I was told at the time the appointment was made that we would also receive coupons for a get-a-way stay in a warmer city than Salt Lake. Adam left before I could catch him and ask about the coupons. He left without mentioning it to my wife.

The carpets took longer to dry than advertised and indicated by the technician.
Marni, I apologize for the longer dry time. I'm calling you today to make sure it gets corrected. We'll apply a disinfectant just to eliminate the chance that any bacteria may grow.
I'm so happy with the results. With other carpet cleaning services, my carpet feels stiff and crusty on bare feet. Zerorez left it feeling soft and visibly clean. It smells fresh and looks beautiful. Very happy with the service. I've already told friends.

One corner was accidentally covered up and my technician was gracious enough to clean it even though he had already put everything away. He was courteous and hard-working. The tile sealant dried quickly. Good prices. Good service.
We liked the way it cleaned our dirty spots. The carpets looked very nice.
I love that my carpets stay clean long after the service because of the cleaning method Zerorez uses. Our technician was willing to listen and take care of trouble spots for us and was friendly and professional. We only use zerorez for our carpet cleaning.
I wasn't there while the technician was cleaning but my boyfriend who was told me how nice the tech was. When I walked thru the door I WAS AMAZED!!! I did not think my carpet would look as nice as it did. BRAND NEW!!

Chris did come back to re-do some spots. But the "puddling" spot that wasn't there before the initial cleaning is still there. There was not very good communication about getting a refund for the January deal. I suggested that he clean about 6 stair instead, which he did clean, but not very well. I just wasn't impressed.

Your technician spent almost 10 minutes trying to up-sell me on EVERYTHING! Your service was great, but I did not appreciated having my time wasted when I already knew what I wanted.
