This was the first time we used Zerorez and I think that you did a great job. The Technician was very friendly!I heard about your services on KSL ($25 per room and a vacation voucher.) We still have not received the vacation voucher. I hope it comes soon, I would like to use it for my birthday.
Jesus was very professional and helpful. He was on time and explained everything carefully and did a very good job of cleaning our carpets.
I especially liked your technician Esaias. He was friendly and thorough and left every area very clean. The last time I had Zerorez I was not as satisfied and decided I would do it myself from then on. I don't think they used that machine that scrubbed the carpet first and I had to have them come back and do some things over and it still didn't work. This time though, all the areas were clean, even the very dirty footpaths and so I would definitely have Zerorez back, especially if I could have Esaias again.

Friendly service with capable hard working servicemen who do an excellent job and listen to concerns. Reasonably priced. Great system, my husband was in the floor covering business for years and this is the only type of cleaning he would use on our carpets.

I wasn't informed of my carpet being left unprotected after the service was completed until the technician was here. He offered to reapply protectant while he was there, but the cost ended up being twice the quote we were given. I don't like charges like that being thrown at me last minute. It should have been explained and offered over the phone when I made the appointment.
I felt like the carpets are very clean and dried quickly.
The cleaning job looked great our carpet looked much better. Even spots we didn't think would come out, came very clean. Jim was fabulous. Even though he had to work on a Friday evening, he was happy as could be and did a great job. The carpet was not crunchy when it was dry.
The service person was extremely helpful and friendly. The cleaning process made my carpets immaculately clean, and the service was fast and efficient.

I was happy with the job done on my carpets. They took much longer to dry than I expected but they look nice. When I talked to Anthony (the carpet cleaner), I asked him about the voucher that was part of the January special advertised on the radio and he said I would receive it by email. I mentioned when I called to schedule my carpet cleaning that I wanted the January special--I thought the voucher for the get-away was included. He said he would have that emailed when he got back to the office. I hope this can still be awarded as part of the cleaning service. Thank you.

Jim was very professional and cheerful. He did a fine job with a carpet that had some problems. I have already told friends how pleased I was.

After the technician finished (my wife was home and I was at work), I returned home to find a job that was only slightly better than my wife normally does with a Bissell cleaner. This and the fact that the technician told her she had to pay $15 extra because we had a landing on our stair case was way off base. Especially after I had already agreed to pay an extra $25 for the stairs after buying into your radio advertisement that each room was only $25.
Why would a company with a quality product such as your own stoop to such low measures at to attempt petty bickering over things such as a landing on the day of service? I though we had a contract at the time I completed the phone call and ordered service. Isn't it YOUR responsibility as an experienced and professional vendor to point out that stairways with landings are extra at the time the order is placed? I think so.
Finally, as I mentioned earlier, the carpets were not adequately cleaned after the first visit. It wasn't until the technician returned the second day that an adequate job was done and the carpets were cleaned beyond what would be expected from an amateur.
James, stairs are not considered a room. They are treated like upholstery since each step is cleaned using a small hand tool and not a larger cleaning wand. The amount of labor put into a staircase is more than cleaning two rooms and we have priced it fairly.
As for the cleaning being subpar the first time - I apologize that it took two trips to make it right. I hope that we have shown you that we are willing to come back anytime you are not happy and make it right. - Scott Arkon
Tile is not very clean -- it looks splotchy. My baseboards are all scratched up (good size gouges) where the machine went by to clean the tile. My stainless steel appliances have splashes on them from the tile machine that will not come off. My scheduled appointment was between 3:30 - 6 PM. The tech came at 6:20 and didn't finish until 9:20 PM.
Kent, I am so sorry for how your cleaning was performed. We will be contacting you today to get back out there and reclean the tile. We will also take care of any damage to the baseboards that we may have caused. I have an excellent company that will refinish the stainless steel if we cannot clean it. Please be patient as we take care of these issues and know that we will stand behind our work. - Scott Arkon

The water you use, the Zero rezidue left on the carpet, nd the fact that your guy explained everything step by step.
Lower your prices. I just spent $500 to clean my whole house. Granted I had some pet spots that needed special attention, but $500 is pretty steep, and that was WITH a discount.
Julie Ann, thank you for your response. Yes, it is true that sometimes pet issues can be more expensive. We have a philosophy at Zerorez that we have a moral obligation to remove biological contamination from our customers carpet, not just cover up the smell. A lot of other cleaners will come in and spray a deodorant to make you feel the like the carpet's clean but they are not (think of the febreeze commercials where people are sitting in filthy rooms and saying it smells like fresh laundry). We clean the right way - every time.

The service was great once the tech arrived and performed the cleaning. However, a 3-hour appointment window is just to large. If you can narrow that down it would be very helpful. Perhaps letting the customer know up front that the tech will call about 1/2 hour before arriving so the customer doesn't have to just wait at home.
Ryan, we try really hard to make it in that time window. We have not been as consistent as I would like us to be though. I will get the call center to let customers know that we're calling so you don't have to sit there and wait. Thanks for your suggestion. - Scott

NO RESIDUE!! Your truly have an amazingly professional staff in all areas including those on the followup calls. I also think they smell good including the pet treatment stuff. We've tried other companies where we actually had to leave the house for a while because the cleaners were so nauseatingly strong like those in outhouses. We love the results, efficiency, that cool pretreating rake thing, and all around professionalism. Thanks again!

The two night voucher is a scam. Trying to upsell protectant. Does not mean I would not use you again, but I felt mislead by advertising. I liked the tech, he was a pro.
Calvin, i'm not sure what you mean by the "voucher is a scam". We have personally used the vouchers here amongst our employees with no issues. I'm having Nikie call you today and lets see if we have anything else in our goody bag we can get you instead. I'd hate to have that voucher be the last thing you think of when you think cleaning with Zerorez.
After showing the Zerorez representative the three areas to be cleaned, I asked for an estimated time to complete the job. "About 1 hour 20 minutes" was the response. I saw him several times standing in the middle of the rooms texting on his cell phone rather than working. He took over 2 hours 30 minutes to complete the job. When I pointed out some areas that did not seem to be cleaned well, he indicated that was the best he could do. I asked him to go over the areas again, and once he did, the areas were cleaner. I also asked for some spotter and he indicated the trucks were rotated so he didn't have his normal truck and he didn't have any spotter. Shouldn't all trucks have spotter? Overall, he was a nice guy, but it seemed that he gave me one excuse after another and one of the areas looks only marginally better than it did before he arrived. I am not impressed with the lack of quality work and with the extremely long time taken to perform shoddy work.
