Carpets end up cleaner than with other carpet cleaners
I think the carpet stays cleaner longer because there is not a residue left after cleaning. I also like that there aren't harsh chemicals used. Plus, the carpets come clean very well.

Some of the spots which looked to be cleaned have re-appeared. I think your protectorant is too expensive.
The products used cleaned very well stains on my old carpets, even blood stains that i thought wouldn't come off. The technician was very knowledgeable about different carpet materials, friendly. I liked the plastic protection used on my walls' corners and on techs' feet. it is nice to know that the chemicals used are not dangerous to environment and to humans. I was pleased with the work performed.

Definition of an area is 200 sq feet. The area cleaned were well below that sq. footage.
Yet I was nickled and dimed, adding an extra $60 to my charge.
They made my carpet look better than I thought possible.
Jordan was very meticulous in every detail of the cleaning process. He used the hand spray to cover carpet spots before cleaning the room. He made sure to carefully clean corners and borders. Jordan didn't spare any effort in using each piece of cleaning equipment to make sure the end result was exceptional. I thought his performance was outstanding in all that he did. (We had another Zero Rez employee clean an apartment carpet for us a year ago. I watched both employees as they cleaned. The first employee did not put forth the same effort to do an outstanding job of cleaning the carpet that Jordan did. End result: The carpet was cleaner but not as good as it might have been. I called Zero Rez again because I like the cleaning process more than the end result we received with the apartment carpet. )
The worker or the office called several times requesting a different time window, to which my wife agreed. The final agreed-to period was between 3:00 and 6:00 pm. The worker called our home at about 5:50 and asked if he could still come, and that he would be late. We agreed but were frustrated at the loss of much of the afternoon while we waited without any word for the Zerorez worker to show up. It would have been better if he had let us know of his problem much earlier, when he first realized he would be late. In spite of the tardiness problem, the job was done very professionally.

Niki gave me a $200 quote and did not seem to even care to ask about how big the house was. When it was all done I was charged $400!! I told her it was the first time I was doing this so I would have appreciated if she gave me a better idea of how much it would be. Also she said it would take 2 hours to dry and it took 12 hours to dry. Also Britney also in the draper office could also work on sounding more excited at her job :)

Put vents back in and if can't notify the owner. Let people know that there will be quite a bit of dust left behind - I had just had my house cleaned and now have to vacuum and dust again. The guys who came were great to work with.
The service seemed to be really quick and worried that all dirt was not removed. I would like for the area to be gone over twice.
