I appreciated your coming back to correct a spot on my carpet without charging me.
My technician (Otis) was superb and did excellent service for me. I appreciated him and would give him a 10. I was rescheduled a couple of times. Each time I received notice the night before that zerorez would be there tomorrow and if I didn't have everything moved and vacuumed I would be charged extra. So I would go to work and move all the furniture...then the next day receive word that the earliest they would arrive was 6:30 at night...when it is too dark to see any kind of spot on the carpet. Very frustrating
I liked that it left everything so clean
Whoa! Wendy out did ANY OF THE OTHER TECH THAT HAS EVER CIME. She was thorough, completely working slowly in a grid to ensure every area received the same attention. My carpet looks great, and I definitely will request her in the future!

Your scheduler made promises he could not keep. Was told early Saturday called Thursday and told it would late Saturday's after 3:45 for call from tech. Person on phone did not seem to care they had screwed up. Ask for manager or owner, scheduling person got on line and said Saturday was not possible but would have someone there at 4:30 Friday when we got home, tech called at 2:45 and said he was on his way. Your scheduling people really need to get it together, the tech findly came at 6:45. I was very discussed with your scheduling nightmare and the incompetent people that answer the phone and schedule. Our tech was very good and did a good job. If you want to call and discuss this feel free. I will no longer be using zero fez because you do not keep your promises. I will be letting the BBB know
The carpet wasn't dry 16 hours later. Fans were brought to us the next day, which we appreciated. Out frustration came from the huge discrepancy between the 2-8 hours that our appointment confirmation email stated and the nearly 20 hours that it took. The technician was at our house less than an hour to clean 4 rooms, a hall and stairs. I'm wondering if it was so fast because he may have skipped using fans.
That beig said, the carpets looked great, the technician was professional, and customer support to rectify the problem was quick.

do a .better job on doing a tile and grout my floor looks awful and it cost $100 my carpets however are very nice but I'm very disappointed in my kitchen Floor

I have used zerorez 2 other times and they were postive experiences. This time, I never received a call the day before to tell me when the rep would be to my home. I called that morning to find out and they said I would be third and I should hear from him around 1pm. I told the person on the phone I had an appt at 12:30 that would take about one hour. The guy showed up at my house at 11:30. I told him I had to leave soon and was expecting him to come later. He said he saw the phone message then but had not checked it before coming to my home.
He said he was going to SLC to do a home and would be back to my home around 2pm or a little after. I left my appt. early to be home by 2pm. A while after arriving home I received a message saying he was delayed and would be a while longer. I thought that meant he would be here around 3pm or so. I waited until after 5pm before I heard from him to say he was on his way to my home. When he arrived at 5:45pm, he said that a home in Provo had priority over me. I said why was mine not a priority??? I waited around for over 3 hours for him to come to my home when I had things I needed to do. I also had to leave to meet my husband for a meeting by 6:15pm. Luckly my daughter was home so he could finish his job. The guy was nice and I don't blame him so much. I just wish that someone would have contacted me to say he would not be out until that late.
I usually do not complain about things like this, but it was big inconvenience this time and I am not sure I will use Zerorez again.

I listen to ksl a lot, they say that you can clean the well traffic areas. Well, my areas barely look different. You definitely did not live up to your advertising.
