I like that your technician calls prior to arriving and then arrives on time. Andy was quick and efficient. He talked to me about two stains in the cleaning area and worked diligently to get them thoroughly cleaned. He was professional and friendly.
I use Zerorez annually to clean my carpets and stairs.
I was impressed that a thorough examination was made of my carpets I wanted cleaned. Recommendations and the cost were discussed up front. The service man was efficient and did a beautiful job and I was so impressed as to how quickly the job was done. My daughter recommended Zeroez to me and I will surely recommend your services to others. I am very pleased. I meant to ask the service man how to deal with pet accidents should there be any in the future as he had mentioned there were better ways to handle these problems than the solutions used prior to the cleaning.

There are still some spots on my sofa that did not come out, but when i cleaned them my self with some water and rag it came off easily so i know the tech could have gotten them out too.
Our 2nd story steps were cleaned again and really took out the strips that were left from the first cleaning.
No harsh chemicals are used. The water demonstration is very informative, and my technician was extremely friendly, thorough, and committed to my satisfaction!
I like that there is no chemical smell and the service man was great.

We did have two postponements due to equipment malfunction.

The guy that came to clean our carpets was good to ask questions and to see if I was happy with thy way the rooms looked which they did turn out great. He did miss a spot right by the kitchen floor which still looks dirty. I was also told that he would put something under the furniture legs which wasn't done.
I really like how Stanley Steamer has 2 guys come and one cleans while the other one moves furniture and then moves it back with protection under the legs as part of their service not included in the price.
The floors look excellent and the two workers were very pleasant and respectful. However, the same day the work was done I heard a radio commercial offering a $25.00 gift card for using the service. The Zerorez employees didn't offer us any gift card.
I felt that the carpets were well cleaned and that it dried quickly.
You just feel the cleanliness of the carpet!
