I'll have to wait and see if the carpet cleaning lives up to its advertising.

Our technician was great and I really appreciate his hard work and dedication to our cleaning needs. It would have been helpful to do a walk through with the technician at the end of the cleaning to discuss any problem areas. The drying time for our carpets has been more than 24 hours (it is not yet dry). It would have been helpful to have had a recommendation of how we might dry our carpets more quickly.

Was not happy with scheduling delays on the first day I was scheduled.
Had to go into the next day.
Also, the pet stain removal that I paid for - 2 gallons at $75.00 - did not remove all the stains.

I was well informed before, during & after about the service. The Zerorez technician was courteous, prompt, and most importantly good at his job! Thanks, I just signed the lease on a new place and it looked like a grizzly bear had hibernated on the master bedroom floor. I called Zerorez and they were out in a couple days. Your technician was amazing and so professional. You had two technicians out with family emergencies and we thought you might have to cancel, but in spite of the late hour, one of your technicians took on the job. He was thorough, cordial, and so pleasant even though it was after the end of his day. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Please let him know how much we appreciated him personally and his work professionally.

You need to work on your scheduling. I was apparently the fourth call for that team on the list for that day. I was originally told they would be at my house by 4 p.m., but they didn't actually arrive until 5 p.m. Part of the problem was that they were told my house number was an east address when it was really a west address, even though I called the center the day before to clarify that it was west and not east. I also had a coupon for a free chair cleaning when I had the carpet cleaned, but because they arrived so late, they were encroaching on my evening appointment time and did not have time to clean the chair. I was very disappointed about that and feel that you owe me a free chair cleaning.

Our carpet looked almost like new, and the carpet cleaner was very helpful and we felt very comfortable with him. Will call again when we need our carpets cleaned.
