The carpets are clean and stay clean. We have used Zerorez several times and have never experienced that sticky residue that we had with other cleaners. This time we had our vents and air returns cleaned as well, and we are looking forward to having cleaner air circulating throughout the house.

I was not going to comment but I think now I should. I had called and left a message asking for someone to call me to set up an appt. I waited 4.5 hrs and still no one called. I called a franchise # by accident trying to look for someone. She transferred me and someone did answer this time. I explained that I had a bad cat problem. I had hoped that would mean the person would schedule accordingly. When I received my confirmation call we played phone tag and I indicated on the voicemail message I left that I wanted to make sure they remembered my concern about the cat spray/urine. When I had the carpets cleaned the first time, the problem smell was still way too strong for having had them cleaned. I called back and rescheduled to have the problem areas redone. Now the guy that came out was great. He did a great job but did realize he did not know enough about cat stuff, which I thought was very big of him to admit, to have done it with more products the first time. I do not fault him for this. He was very nice and courteous and very thorough. (He did not charge me the second time.) I just thought I would point out...that when your business expands, as it has, those types of details become lost in translation, but are so key for your customers. I know that cat urine/spray is very difficult to get out. I was not expecting a miracle but an improvement. But just has a help to you...your phone people need to return calls. I only got an appointment because I tried again. And then they need to pass on the info to their techs. My guy was great...and I do not fault him. You just let some important things slip and I thought you ought to know.
There was some discussion about the pricing that was not very clear but in the end it worked out fine.
Alex was friendly and seemed to do a good job. He seemed less experienced than the guy that came out the previous times but the work was done to my satisfaction.
One or two days before the appointment I received a reminder voice message. I tried 4 times to reach someone at the number that was left on the message but I never got through to anyone. That was frustrating. Part of the frustration was that none of the options seemed to fit my situation.
Dean kept us informed ahead of time as to when he would arrive. When Dean showed up he explained what he would be doing, confirmed the price and then got to work. When he was finished he asked us if there were any concerns. The job was completed in a professional manner and we are satisfied with the results.

We have used Zerorez for years, but this last experience was not as good. The technician was very friendly and comfortable! Maybe he needed more training. It began with the machine he used to scrub the tile, it hit the tile with the brush rotation! I was worried it would crack or chip our tile! It may have and I just haven't found it yet.
Next, he turned on a fan to dry the very wet tile and it was FULL of dust! It blew all over my kitchen! Where I had food exposed! I am still finding big globs of dust on the side of my refrigerator, in the adjacent dining room, countertops! It was so bad, he asked if he could open a window from all the dust! DISGUSTING! In my kitchen!
Next, the carpet still has the spots it had before it was cleaned.
I really thought I'd settled on the company I liked for repeat cleaning. I haven't. I really don't want the technician to be disciplined in any way, he was a good kid and a friendly representative. I just think he wasn't trained enough. He shouldn't have used that fan the second he saw there was a problem and the tile scrubber needs fixed or replaced.
I like the clean water process, but I'll be looking for another company who uses the same process. Sorry...
