Just how clean my carpets came

I had a couch cleaned and the backs and side look amazing however the sitting area does not look as good, especially the corners and front of the sitting area.

There are no chemical smells

Scotty was great and we loved how informative our phone experience was. We also loved how quickly it was dry. The carpet looked better wet than it does dry. Apparently we have carpet that has bonded to our stains and and has given them permanent residency. Understandably as it is over 15 years old and we had 7 children. Don't know if the outcome could have been any better. Thank you for being so willing to come out and help us.

My carpets look better than they have in a long time, and also better after being cleaned than what they have with other companies I've used in the past.

The guy who cleaned my carpets did a great job!

I received a call 2 1/2 hours later than they said they would call to let me know when the cleaner would come. But even when they finally called, they still didn't know what time he would show up because they couldn't get a hold of him. Only 1 person showed up to do the cleaning (after 5PM) and since I don't have central lighting in my living room, we had to pull a lamp out for him. We had already moved everything out of the living room prior to him coming (except the couches), but since there was only one person that came, he couldn't move the couches around by himself to clean underneath or behind them, so he was only able to clean the traffic areas...which is NOT what we paid for.

At one point, the cleaner walked out to his vehicle with his booties on and walked across the grass on his way back into the house and continued to walk along the clean carpet with the now very dirty booties.

He must not have sucked up much of the water, because the carpet was still wet the next morning. He was more interested in telling us how he had to go seal the tile and granite at his boss’s house so he wouldn’t be able to go to church.

Overall he was a nice guy, but he just wasn't very professional.
