I liked not using chemicals on our carpet. Your staff was very friendly, professional and efficient. I got put into your schedule quickly and they showed up when I was told they would.
I do not feel it was clean. Spots were still there. He said it was the best that could be done but I took a spot remover and found that it came out. Left a clean spot.
Chemical free and safe.
I asked for a lot - they did a lot - but it was very pricey.
The carpets looked so good after they and the vents looked so good. However a few days later, the family room carpet does not look so good.

The youngman who came to our home, Andrew Pehrson,was OUTSTANDING! He was courteous, thorough, friendly and great to have in our home. He suggested other services he could provide that we hadn't ordered but needed. The carpets look great. We were concerned about some nasty spots that we didn't think would come out. He got them out and our carpet looks great. It wa a pleasure to have him in our home. Newt time we need our carpets cleaned, we'll request Andrew.

I appreciated the lack of harsh chemicals. I suffer from asthma and I had no breathing problems during or after the work was completed. Also, my carpets and couches look great. We just completed a remodeling project and zerorez was exactly what we needed to complete our cleanup. Thank you. PS. There were a few nicks in our new banister and railings from the equipment, but our contractor can patch those up. Please remind your workers to be conscious of where the equipment is during the cleaning so others do not have this occur also.
Technician was very professional and friendly. He explained the Zerorez process, and the carpets looked great!
My technician called in sick and my appointment was bumped back 5 hours. I wasn't notified, I found out when I called to find out what was going on. not the best communication
Our serviceman, Dean, was very professional and offered great recommendations for my carpet care. He took his time in cleaning so that it was very thorough and even spent extra care on the high traffic areas.
A corner /guard/protector was overlooked when Dean left, so if someone is in the area and would like to claim it they are welcome to stop by to pick it up.
First of all, I must say that Fernando is a real keeper! He was amazing! I don't remember when I've had such incredible customer service! He made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction! Our carpet is 14 years old and has never been cleaned. It's been through 7 children and 2 dogs. I didn't expect it to clean up so well but I am very pleased with the results. I was hoping to get new carpet down the road a bit but mine cleaned up so well, my husband may think twice about getting it for me now! Thanks so much and Have a Merry Merry Christmas!!!

The young man who helped me get a stain out of my carpet was named Austin. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. This is the 3rd time a representative had to come out to my house to redo the carpet. Austin knew exactly the right tool to use and he was kind enough to explain it to me. My opinion of the company has drastically improved. Austin is a valuable asset to your company. I hope you give him a good Christmas bonus or a good raise. He is worth keeping.
My carpet is always clean and it stays clean longer with teh Scotch Guard. I wouldn't use any other carpet cleaning company
