Clean carpet when it might not equal $100. I had Zerorez come twice in December and spent over $100 both times, but you would not come back to do another room unless I spent at least $100 dollars.

It worked great. Love that no chemicals are used. The man who cleaned my carpets was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

I had my carpets cleaned on Friday,Feb. 6th. The tech was professional and helpful.
I was pleased with how the carpets looked. The tech was willing to go over areas a second time that I had concerns about. I appreciated that.

I had my tile cleaned on Wed. Feb. 7th. Some areas looked really good but lots of areas were not clean. I have light colored grout so I have dark grout lines and light grout lines now. In fairness to the tech he said he was unable to get it clean which was really surprising to me and offered to just stop and not charge me at that point. I chose to have it cleaned anyway(my mistake).
After he left because the grout in the kitchen area was really dark I used a grout cleaner and my hand steamer and was able to get it much cleaner. I was surprised that he was not able to get it clean with the equipment he used. My grout was last cleaned about 2-3 years ago by me.

Overall your technician did a wonderful job. But it seemed as I watched he was a bit careless with his hoses and equipment, as they were just kind of tossed around as he went about his work. Not to mention there are a couple gashes and smudges in my walls that weren't there before. I took the time to point them out to your technician before he left, and he said he would talk to your office to see what you can do. I would like to note however he was extremely apologetic, and wanted to do anything to make it right.

Also I would like to point out he did a fine job explaining all of the services your company offers. But I did get a bit annoyed when he tried selling me on services that I wasn't interested in at this time rather than just letting me take care of it when I was ready.

I would think the pet treatment would be a little more deep cleaning with the cost. But overall the clean and our technician was good. The lower rating is the pet feature. As I was hopping it would be better.

The product is wonderful! I have very light carpets and there were places that I knew wouldn't come clean. They did!!
The service tech. was great. He called before he came. He was clean and well groomed. He walked through the house asking about our concerns. He put up corner protectors and worked hard on dirty spots and stains. When finished, he did another walk through making sure were happy with the results. I hope I get his name right...Isaiah...Thank You!!!
