We were very pleased with the service. The technician was thorough, friendly and informative about the process and services offered. She [Wendy} worked hard and efficiently. The carpets were very clean when she finished and we could not be happier.

The technician was very good and paid special attention to my problem areas. The price with discounts was very fair. I wouldn't pay full price for the cleanings as some of the areas considered as rooms weren't even close to the allotted square footage.

I asked specifically for the technician not to start work on my chairs if he was not confident of getting them clean. I have paid for them and they are no cleaner. I have tried to email you to get this rectified and havent had a response.

Your technician was friendly and considerate. He did an excellent job. He was able to remove most of the stains in our carpet. Our carpet is extremely thick and it took longer to dry than I thought it would, but it looks wonderful. Your technician also did a great job cleaning out our vents. Thank you for your timely and thorough service.

Did not use communication method that I requested. I called to make an appointment to clean my moms house and requested that all the communication come through me. The call to confirm the apt went to my mom. Once there was the tech was at my moms house he did not call me to discuss the issue that came up. Oterwise. He did a good job.

Carpets feel and look very clean. Technicians are willing to work on spots and stains to try and get them out.

Customer service and pricing

I had my cleaning scheduled for Dec. 22 and I received a call on that day telling me the technician would be at my home around 2:30. At 4:00 I called you to find out when he would be coming. I was told the job before me was taking longer than expected and he would be at my home around 6:30. Not good!!!!!! I had a Christmas party planned for the 23rd with my family. I needed to have my carpets dry and furniture back in place so I could work on my party. The technicians were great. The scheduler receives an F. The cleaning problems were compounded by the fact that the job before mine took most of your cleaning water and I had to have the job done in two days not one as planned. As a result, my living room carpet was still damp when my party started at five. My tile and carpets look great but the stress was awful. I have a husband on hospice and he was unnerved by the process and more stressed out than I was over the two-day period of getting our home cleaned. The technicians told me that they informed the dispatcher that they were running out of water and time and to have another team come to my home to clean. That was not done. I feel when you have a customer scheduled for a time frame for a certain day, you should honor that appointment you and the customer have agreed on. The customer has their day planned out to meet the technician and have their home ready--furniture moved, home cleaned and plans made to meet at a certain time and when you do not follow up, at least with a phone call, it totally disrupts the home owners. I had to pick up some medications for my husband and they were not ready until the afternoon and I couldn't go and get them because I had no idea that you would be so late!!!!
You need to think of the position you put your customers in when you do not keep them informed.

THE TECHNICIAN...A WOMAN, DID OUR LAST CLEANING...IT IS BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE EXPERIENCED. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY, AND ESPECIALLY THE LADY TECH WHO DID OUR LAST JOB.

Professional staff, quick and curtious. Carpet always looks clean and smells great. This last visit didn't quite get a pet urine spot smelling the best, but it was much better.

I like the idea of not using the hot B water instead of soap. The technicians were experienced also.

I like that the carpet gets really clean and stays that way. The stains do not come back in a few day and if they do, you come back and get it out for sure.

I appreciate that you came back and reshampooed the stain spots.

The tech who came was great and did a very good job. My only frustration was the advertising from Zerorez--the "fine" print on the coupon. It is deceptive, although legal, and has made me think twice about calling again.

I liked the fact that they kept their word about cleaning my carpet. They got the stains up and the smell is gone

The technician was very nice and professional, the carpet looks very good. Our only negative is the plaid chair that was cleaned still has a spot where my wife's head would rest that did not show up until it dried. It is unfortunately right where you look at the top of the chair.

Scotty was my technician. He is friendly, courteous, and very professional. Zereorez process left my 10 year old carpet looking like new. Always a great choice.
