Overall it was a good experience. I had some pet stains that reacted badly to the cleaning and bleached my carpet. Not sure if appropriate attention was given to those areas. He worked hard and did a good job on everything else.
The process is supposed to be superior to other methods of cleaning.

Zerorez is always there when they say they will be there. They communicate with me through the entire process so I can understand what they are doing and also so they know what they are tackling and can use everything they've got to do the best possible job.

Amazing service! Carpet was completely bone dry in 6 hours. The technician even cleaned an entry area rug without charging us for it. All walls, railings, and corners were protected. Shoe coverings were worn and extras were left for the family to use.

The technician (Reese) was very knowledge and made sure before he left that I was a 100% satisfied with his work. You could tell he really takes pride in his works and enjoys what he does. I am sooo happy with the end result.

I was pleased with the young man who serviced our home. He did a great job and got more stains out than I thought he would be able too. I've used Zerorez several times in the past and for the most part has been very good. The only suggestion I would recommend to the company would be to include a high power vacuum option so the cleaning would be as good as possible.

I especially appreciated Alex M. as he did an excellent job and went the extra mile to make sure that I was pleased. He was very pleasant and made sure that my carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction. I would request for him to come to my home again.
