I was a little disappointed in the scheduling process. First, the scheduling representative did NOT provide full details on the pet treatment price. I was originally quoted only the price of the SURFACE pet treatment. I had NO IDEA that there was a flash treatment option that would almost triple the cost of my carpet cleaning. Considering almost 100% of the time, pet treatment is going to require the pad of the carpet to be cleaned, it might have been nice to know this additional cost. Second, I set my first appointment for "early afternoon" and when I was called at 11:45 am for an update, I was told that the representative would not be able to get to my house until about 2:30 pm. 3:00 pm rolled around and I had not received an update. I then called and was notified that the appointment prior to me ran longer than thought and I would still need to wait an additional 45 minutes. Unfortunately, I wasted most of my day waiting around for nobody to show up and had to reschedule my appointment. However, the representative that was present for my second appointment was exceptionally professional, quick but thorough, and very friendly. He made up for the frustration I had previously been feeling. Additionally, he was very open and informative about the pricing and the options available to me. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained the entire process.
Cheerful, friendly, and competent technicions
Soiled areas that other cleaners had said would remain shadowy disappeared completely. The carpets were totally restored. The technician was polite and clean and explained what he was doing, how it worked, and suggested protectant.

Everyone I have interacted with has been very helpful and friendly. I have used several other carpet cleaning companies in the past, and Zerorez is definitely the best. My carpets are very clean, the tech was able to remove some tough stains, and the carpets are dry much more quickly than they were with other companies.
seems like a very simple cleaning process as explained by the rep. Reps were very professional and easy to work with at all times. They never seemed pushy or tried to raise prices on me with extras. Very fair pricing.

The carpet Technician was very knowledgeable about the different types of carpets and very thorough in explaining the best products to use for pretreating pet stains. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and they cleaned up better than ever before from other cleaners.
The trainee David was great! That short guy, Joseph I think, was a little too confident. Someone needs to deflate his big head. David did all of the work anyway. Thank you Zerorez!

I called once and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday, but that somehow got lost. Looks like there may be a glitch in how appointments are recorded.

I didn't like that you had to have $100 work to be done before an appointment could be made. Your advertisements don't say anything about that.
