I paid $300 to get my tile cleaned on Saturday. Now that it is all dry, there are several places where the grout is still dirty. With how much money I spent I expected the tile and grout to look like new, which is what you claim will happen. I am disappointed with the tile cleaning. The carpet turned out great and I am happy, but I feel the tile cleaning was a waste a money. I don't think the technician spent enough time scrubbing the grout.

very thorough, friendly technician

Your service technician was very inexperienced. It took him 4.5 hours to do my family room, hallway and stairs. He had trouble from the beginning because of the extremely cold weather. The water hoses were frozen so we had to soak them in the bathtub. That I understand as I was the first appointment of the day. After he got the hoses thawed he hooked the equipment up, but something went wrong resulting in about 3-5 gallons of water being gushed into my carpet. Then he couldn't get the outside connection on the van to work. It kept gushing water. The mechanics had to bring him a new van. The mechanic told him the problem happened because he left the side doors to the van open causing things to freeze. When the technician finally began to clean my carpet I felt he was rushing through it. He missed a whole are behind one of my chairs. You can easily walk around the chair so there shouldn't have been any issue with cleaning behind it. When he cleaned he stairs he only did the middle of the stair. Both sides of the stair were completely dry. I just don't feel like he did a good job cleaning at all. Later in the evening a zerorez employee called me inquiring if the technician had left equipment behind. I told her he did not. The next day I get a message from the technician asking when he can come by to get the equipment he left. This was absolutely the work carpet cleaning experience that I have ever had. I was very disappointed because I hear great things about your company.

I live out of state. I had someone meet the carpet guy there to open up our home to have it cleaned. I assumed everything was in perfect condition. However, this was not the case when our new tenants arrived. When they asked me if the carpets had even been cleaned I was in shock. Especially after having spent the money I did to have it professionally cleaned. They said there were crumbs on the floor and that it looked like it hadn't even been vacuumed. Very disappointed! Especially after receiving pictures and seeing so many stains that were still left in the carpet. I would have assumed this would have come out with the cleaning. So I am in a very frustrating situation as I have super unhappy tenants to deal with. This is going to affect their overall first move in experience. Not happy!

We were pleased to be able to make a reservation for rug cleaning convenient for us, then when we heard your advertisement for a special of $25.00 per room, the agent we talked to offered to make that adjustment to our order, we appreciated that service.

Better information on your ads. When you say $22.00 per room make it clear that if it is over 200sq it is double. We just about changed our mind on that one thing.

Natural product with no chemicals

The technician, Austin was svery polite and competent. We had two places where some duct tape had been used to hold down a cord that he was not able to clean. We will have to try some home solutions and hope that we don't mess up an otheerwise good job.
