I'm hoping that the Zero Residue will actually keep my carpets clean longer. I haven't had any of the carpets cleaned since I replaced all of my carpets and I'm anxious to see if your method is really better

What could we do to improve?

Communicate better. I wasnt informed the 100sq of tile had to be in one
area. I was hoping to have two bathroom floors done and was only able to do one.Didnt make much sense to me. Also with the special I was suppose to receive a Boondox card . That was not given.However Chris Sorenson was very helpful and did a good job.

I didn't get anyone at the call center to answer my call until the 5th or 6th try. Even after leaving a message no one called me back. I was going to go with a different company, but someone answered on my last attempt. You really need to improve that, or I can't recommend you to anyone else.

There was just one strip of carpet (10 inches by 30 inches) that was missed and we are having to call them back in. Other than that, good job.

Your employee did not put our vents back in the right places so now we have to replace them and fix the brand new ones we just put in. Not professional in any way.

that there is no residue left behind so I think it is better for my carpets. The guy who cleaned our carpet was kind, answered all my questions, and made sure I was satisfied.

I love my clean carpets. The Zerorez method is extremely efficient with no residue or odor. Dean Howell was very professional and thorough. He was concerned that every area was left in prime condition.

I was introduced to your company years ago. I've since always used you for my carpet needs. I think you do a good job. My boss has always used Boss Carpet Cleaning for our office. Within a month of the cleaning, our carpets are always looking awful. He has been cleaning them 4 times a year. Last fall, I suggested that we try Zerorez to see if you could do a better job. My boss was really hesitant to switch because Zerorez quoted us quite a bit higher than Boss. But your technician told me we should only be cleaning twice a year, not 4 times. So if that was the case, all-in-all you would be cheaper than Boss. I used that argument to convince my boss to try Zerorez. There was a huge improvement. Although we are about ready for another cleaning, we are all pleased how much better the carpets have looked, and we've gone 6 months instead of our usual 3. So good job Zerorez!!. What do you like about our products and services?

Products don't leave my carpet with a chemical smell. Technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. Carpets looked amazing when job was complete.
