I cannot believe how clean & new the 10 year old carpet on my stairs & hallway looks!! I was planning on getting new carpet next summer but don't need to anymore! I will definitely be using Zerorez from now on!

Zerorez did a great job on cleaning our carpet. The young man who cleaned our carpet was most helpful and did a great job. He knew what he was doing and how to do it in a timely manner. when we clean our carpet again I would like him to do it.

First, the carpet cleaning was fantastic. All spots were removed and the 15 year old carpet looks almost like new.Second, your technician,Ben, was incredibly diligent and hard working and is a great example of what all Zerorez employees should strive to be like. Thank you!

I was happy with your employee. Jake was fantastic. Your product did not do a good job on my upholstery. I will not use you again for that. My carpet cleaning was satisfactory.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I felt like there was some bait and switch aspect to your pricing. The original cost would have been $105. We added treatment to a stair way and 5 area rugs and the final bill was about $370. Next time we will do it ourselves or call someone else. The guys who came were nice and did a good job.

What could we do to improve?

We had some streaking with our carpet and a service man had to come out a second time to correct the issue. I am satisfied with the results. I would hire zerorez back. That said I can't really give a 9 or 10 rating when the job isn't completed correctly the first time. I appreciate the courteous and professional manner in which this problem was handled.

This is my second time with Zerorez. I had my carpets cleaned a few months ago and was very pleased. Scott came and did our tile work last Saturday. He was extremely knowledgable and great to work with. My husband and I commented that both technicians (carpet and tile) were very pleasant and felt good about the service we received. The grout in my house looks brand new. We will continue to use Zerorez in the future. My neighbor asked me about the carpet cleaning and I told her about the great job that was done. I saw the truck at her house within a month of the referral. I also had my daughter use you in Dallas. She was also very pleased.
