I've seen an improvement in a trouble area that had been cleaned by another carpet cleaning company, who had made the area worse. After zerorez cleaning it for the last three years the area is 100% better.
i like how long my carpets stay clean
The cleaner was great. Very professional fellow. The schedulers didn't want to pay attention to my time constraints. I told them I could only do AM or really early afternoon. The cleaner would have to be done and pulling out of my driveway by 3 PM on whatever day we did the cleaning. I told this to 2 different schedulers I talked to, and they just didn't take me seriously, I guess. It was very frustrating.
