Friendly employee who did a great job!

Some of the carpets took up to 36 hours to dry. The stairs did not get as clean as we thought they would. The protectant that was sprayed got all over our night stands and bed frames. We hope it has not ruined our furniture. Technician was very helpful and good to work with. Our overall experience just did not live up to our expectations from all that we have heard on Zerorez.

No chemical smell as the carpet is drying. The carpet looked great.

Your technicians were wonderful and polite. Our carpet looked horrible after the process was completed. Even though it is worn, the other service we used made it look so much better. The carpet looks dirtier than before we had it cleaned and more compressed. We had much higher expectations than we received.

They are competent young men who give the service. They take good care of your house while they are here.

We had your cleaning people clean two of our fabric chairs which turned out well given the age of the chairs. We then ask if they could clean leather chairs and were told that yes they could do that. We agreed to have them clean one leather chair which I believe they determined that it was not real leather but a synthetic material that was dyed. The cleaning darkened the color of the chair and totally took the shine off of the faux leather. We were then told that we should have them apply a sealer to the leather to protect it from further damage to which we agreed to have done. They didn't have the product with them and told us a Supervisor would come out later that day or possibly the next day to apply the product. We paid for the sealer application and also added a similar application to one of the fabric chairs which they had cleaned. The cost of applying this sealer was $125.00 per chair for an additional $250.00 for the 2 chairs. We were not given any contact information by the Zerorez employee and haven't heard a single word from anyone working for the local Zerorez franchise. The initial work was done on Monday January 19th and it is now Thursday, January 22nd and still no contact from the company. I have held of making a call to Zerorez, waiting to see just how well they lived up to their customer service policy. I would also like to have them look at the faux leather chair so they can fully see how they have damaged the finish of the chair and determine what might be able to be done about the problem. We have decided to cancel the application of the sealer on the leather chair but would still like to get the sealer applied to the fabric covered chair. Love how quick it dried

My carpets look fantastic--like new. The two amazing guys who did the job were a class act. They were neat, on time, careful, clean cut, friendly, fast, and really aimed to please. I want them every time! I couldn't be happier. My carpets dried in a reasonable amount of time and everything smelled fresh with an obvious absence of that "chemical" scent. I won't use anyone to clean my carpets but Zerorez.

I was impressed by the conduct of the individual who came and felt that he operated in a very professional way. My concern is that the process does not seem to clean to the same extent as some other approaches. Nothing to change or fix that is just my assessment of the system.

No harsh chemicals, my carpets look great, I was notified about the timetable on the day of service, and the technician was very respectful, confident and responsible.

Clean not only the horizontal part of a stair, but the vertical part as well.

Your techs are always so nice and explain everything. I love the way my carpet gets cleaned and stays clean. It never has that sticky residue and it vacuums up great. Your prices are good and your service is great.

This is the second time we've cleaned with Zerorez. Good, thorough cleaning without using chemicals. And I've liked everyone that I've spoken with or that's been to the house.

As far as carpet cleaning is concerned, which I have had done in the past by your company, I felt my carpets were cleaner than any other company's job. My shower seemed very clean as well but I had hoped more could have been done for the mildew stains and mineral build up. The man who cleaned my shower was very honest and worked very hard.
