The first thing I noticed about working with Zerorez was the customer service. I really appreciated the scheduling people as well as our two technicians. We received phone calls to let us know how close the technicians were to coming and another call when they were on their way. Our technicians took pride in their work and wanted us to be satisfied with the service received. They were also bey friendly and helped us with advice to help keep trouble spots cleaner in the future. Out carpet looks really nice and will hopefully stay that way.

I don't have to worry about toxic chemicals hurting me and my children. Results are amazing. I was considering getting new carpet and there is no need. Even red wine stains and tough ones from the little kids all came out. Very impressed. Friendly, knowledgeable and and hard working technician.

The technicians are clean and efficient and able to solve problems and answer questions. The process leaves my carpets clean and looking like new. The house smells great. Drying times are reasonable. I will always choose Zerorez to clean my carpets and furniture.
