I would think the pet treatment would be a little more deep cleaning with the cost. But overall the clean and our technician was good. The lower rating is the pet feature. As I was hopping it would be better.
The product is wonderful! I have very light carpets and there were places that I knew wouldn't come clean. They did!!
The service tech. was great. He called before he came. He was clean and well groomed. He walked through the house asking about our concerns. He put up corner protectors and worked hard on dirty spots and stains. When finished, he did another walk through making sure were happy with the results. I hope I get his name right...Isaiah...Thank You!!!

The carpets are clean, dry fairly quickly, and the lay looks so much better! The technicians always do a wonderful job investigating the stains and removing them according to that information. They are professional and always careful to not let equipment damage any property. We'll always use Zerorez!
Arrived when they said they would. Very friendly. Only had a measurement done for furnace but will use your service for carpets and vents. We already sent tech up to our neighbors. Thanks Luke for great work.
The cleaning is great and tr service is awesome
My service before this one was quite literally going to be my last service. We had a horrible experience with the administrative staff getting the appointment setup, to actually getting the technician to show up (they showed up 8 hours after the couple hour window. I spoke with management after this service and went over each point of their failures. He tried his best to take care of me - which is the only reason I gave them another try.
I am happy to say that this experience was back to the quality that one would expect. The schedulers set expectations and followed through with each of them. The tech arrived inside the window and he did a great job. We will be using them again because they listened to feedback and took action to correct the problems....and they cleaned my carpets.
It is easy to get an appointment. They e-mail nfo about their product and services. They are clean and friendly. The carpet are clean and dry when they finish.

No soapy residue left after
AAACCKKK! This whole thing is going from bad to worse. The stain in my back bedroom, which started out as a small spot smaller than my hand, is now about 2 feet square! Isaias said it could be a problem, but now I am wishing we had never touched it. If it IS a problem with the pad, then why didn't he take up the carpet (it's right by a wall) and just treat the carpet itself? This looks horrible. WHAT can we do?

The man who came was courteous and friendly. I had to have a redo. He made me feel comfortable having him come back.
Given the new process & equipment that Zerorez is using, we did not expect to have the carpets as wet as they were. We were still there close to 5 hrs after they were cleaned, and the carpet was still very wet. I checked on the carpet the next morning, which made it 24 hrs later, and the carpet in living room and some of the stairs was still somewhat damp. We would still use Zerorez again because the demo done at our home had a different and better outcome - much drier carpet.

I am very unhappy with the quality of the cleaning that was done on my carpets. They were cleaned on the 28th of January and the carpets were left sopping wet. It took 2 days to dry. when I vacuumed them there were still dirty areas and spots on my carpet. I know if the trainee had gone over the carpets once or twice more and extracted the water my carpets would be clean. The technician came back on Feb. 3 and spotted few areas and got the spots out. He didn't do all the spots I showed him. I wanted my carpets re-cleaned but he said it was just the wear pattern and he couldn't do them again because it was too soon. The worst carpet is in the basement and the carpet is only 3 years old. The carpet on the main floor in the bedroom, front room and hall are already looking dirty.
Two years ago when I had Zerorez clean my carpets they were wonderful. Everytime I vacuumed the carpets they looked like I had just shampooed them and it lasted for a few months. I think that technician took pride in his work and did it right.
