The trainee David was great! That short guy, Joseph I think, was a little too confident. Someone needs to deflate his big head. David did all of the work anyway. Thank you Zerorez!

Our service was excellent. He was fair, honest and helpful.
Every step of the way was unsatisfactory. The scheduling was long and difficult. The "follow up" phone call the next day to set the arrival time was unfriendly and shouldn't be necessary if the time was established when it is scheduled. The tech showed up at about 10:30 AM when I was quoted between 1:00 and 3:00. I had tile cleaning and carpet cleaning done and he did not measure the square footage of my tile, which I think is important since I was paying .75 per square foot. I measured it after he left and I had less than he "measured". Add to that the actual cleaning of the tile was disappointing and the tech seemed to focus more on trying to sale me grout sealer. Finally the carpet cleaning- I now understand why you claim to leave no residue... It is hard to leave residue when there isn't any actual cleaning agent used in order to CLEAN it. Using only water (oh yeah electric water your tech said) is not sufficient to clean with. My carpet looks no different now after having been "cleaned". Oh yeah, the $9.00 water disposal fee is B.S. if I had thought about it a little I would have had you dump it down my gutter and save myself nine bucks.
CLEAN EFFICIENT
We have Yellow Marks/Stains where the technicians set down the Carpet Protectant bottle on our carpet in several areas including out kitchen sink where they had filled the mixture. We have notified the office during off business hours (Saturday) after we noticed the stains during our first vacuum job.
The price went up substantially from what I was quoted. The technician didn't have his black light and cleaned all the carpets before treating for stains.
My carpets look great. And I feel good about them not having chemicals left in my carpet

Zerorez is very thorough and do the best job I've ever seen done cleaning carpets.
The carpet Technician was very knowledgeable about the different types of carpets and very thorough in explaining the best products to use for pretreating pet stains. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and they cleaned up better than ever before from other cleaners.
