I was pleased with the young man who serviced our home. He did a great job and got more stains out than I thought he would be able too. I've used Zerorez several times in the past and for the most part has been very good. The only suggestion I would recommend to the company would be to include a high power vacuum option so the cleaning would be as good as possible.

I love that each time I've used Zerorez the technician takes his/her time with the carpet cleaning and describes each step. I really feel like they are treating my home like it was their own. Dean was the technician at my house this last time and he did an exceptional job!

I had two red spots on my carpets that I pointed out to the carpet cleaner and he didn't even try to get them out. He just told me he wouldn't be able to. I would at least like to see some one try to get the spots out.

Our associate was very professional and courteous. He worked very hard and left our carpets, even stairs, looking new. He explained the process of how everything works and how the carpets are protected with the cleaning. The carpets dried quickly and look great and aren't "crunchy" like is sometimes the case with other carpet cleaners.

I was called on Saturday to tell me that I was going to get a phone call at 9:30am to be told what time your company was going to show up. I had to call to find that out. When I was finally told they said it would be 11:30 to Noon. When the guy finally came it was after 2:00PM. It was frustrating. The guy who came though was very nice and did a great job.

I like that when they clean a spot, it doesn't reappear in a week or two. I have been very happy with the service. I my tech was very kind.

I appreciate the representatives that actually do the work. Fernando was pleasant, answered my questions with patience and was professional. He was concerned that I was pleased and asked me if there were any areas I needed to have looked at again. I was very pleased with the overall cleaning and how quickly he was able to get the work done. At the time, the couch had not dried, and so I missed seeing an area that didn't look clean until after the fabric had dried. Your company was good to send someone out to take care of that and I appreciated having that done in a timely manner. This is NOT a complaint against the rep, just that it got missed and was taken care of. Thanks.
