Your employees are very polite and explain the services they are going to provide. They are fast. The carpet never feels like it has any residue afterwards.

On a previous job I felt as if I was lied to by a technician but that was since resolved. I like the idea of your technology but I don't really know if it's any different/better or if I'm just paying extra for snazzy marketing of fear that the other guy's systems are crappy. Overall, you guys do a good job and I keep using you.
I also feel like the free promo gift cards that you offer are conveniently forgotten or promised to be emailed to the customers but they never are unless I call and really bug someone about them.

No residue

Your workers are friendly, polite, hard working and nice to have in our home. I appreciate the care they take to protect our walls and furniture by using the corner guards. They do a very professional job,inspecting the areas to be cleaned,identifying trouble spots and working hard to fix those. Most of all, our carpets look fabulous when they finish! After using Zerorez, it would be very hard to go back to another cleaning company . Thanks for a great job!

no chemicals used

The young man just went through my house so quickly and didn't do a thorough job. I can still see spots and when he did the stairs he didn't really clean them. He just went over them with one swipe. He was out of here in about 45 min. I felt like he just wanted to get to the next job. I would like someone to come back and do a better job or I want my money back. First name removed Sorensen

I felt the technicians were great. They were very knowledgeable and worked very hard to please me. The demonstration
was very interesting. Thank you for putting booties on and being considerate of my home.

The technicians are friendly and the service Zerorez provides is second to none.

I tried getting a general time frame of when the technician would be coming and was told I am the 3rd appointment of the day and someone would be calling around 1130 or 1200 to let me know when he would be here. Instead I received a call at 1200 telling me he was 2 minutes away. I was not prepared for him to come and needed to move some furniture and vacuum. I was not able to do what I wanted to to prepare. Very unhappy with the service.

The technician was a know it all and rude. He knew I was already unhappy and the 1st question out of his mouth was how can I receive a 10 on the survey. I just asked him to make sure everything was clean. He did not do this. He left the cleaning solution on parts of the tile floor. I had to mop after he left to clean it up. I also don't feel he did a very good job cleaning the carpet. I've had other companies come and do a better job using better tools to focus on the high traffic areas. Those areas are still matted down and not clean. He let me know everything I was doing wrong with the care of my carpet. He treated me like I am dumb with the way he suggested things. Ive had my carpets cleaned a number of times and this is by far the worst.

To make things right I would suggest coming back to clean the carpet better and doing my stairs for free or refunding me for the carpet not being cleaned properly.

My service person was very good. He took the time to do a good job.

Hate the water fee just build into the price

The technician when he got here was great in explaining everything and listened to what I wanted and kept me informed,Great guy. The girls that called me however to let me know that my tech was going to be 2hours late could have explained why he was going to be so late instead of just stating he was going to be late,I would have been a little more understanding. But all and all very satisfied with my carpet cleaning and the way it was cleaned.

I felt that the young men were very professional. What I really liked was that I was given an estimate for each area before they started the work. So their were no surprises

I gave my neighbor a referral and she called the same day to set up an appointment but was told that she couldn't receive the same 20% deal off that I had just received and that they didn't have me on record. She was ready to have you guys come right out but didn't feel encouraged from you

Great service. Professional technician. Of course, the cleanest carpet and the best results.

You guys know how to get things clean. :) My only complaint about this times service is that he didn't use corner protectors and all of my walls got jacked up. :( I had to mud and repaint them all.

Your worker got a lot of blood out of our carpet and it looks like new. They have cleaned our carpets in the past and did a great job.

Natural products - don't harm my pets or kids. Dries quickly. Residue doesn't build up as quickly as it would with soapy crap.
