excellent product. My grandson's sippy cut leaked orange juice onto my fabric chair. I didn't want to touch it so I immediately called zerorez. They came out the next day and my chair looks absolutely wonderful. You can't even see where the orange juice stain was. I wasn't there when the technician came so I don't have his name but he did a great job. it was in Orem on Tuesday Morning. Thank you Zerorez
How quickly and efficiently the job is completed. When there have been issues, you have resolved it quickly and to my satisfaction.

The technician was fantastic. He did extra to make sure that he got out the stains in the areas we were concerned about and was great to check with me regularly to make sure we were satisfied. :)

Overall it was a good experience. I had some pet stains that reacted badly to the cleaning and bleached my carpet. Not sure if appropriate attention was given to those areas. He worked hard and did a good job on everything else.
The process is supposed to be superior to other methods of cleaning.

Amazing service! Carpet was completely bone dry in 6 hours. The technician even cleaned an entry area rug without charging us for it. All walls, railings, and corners were protected. Shoe coverings were worn and extras were left for the family to use.
