I was impressed that Dean knew and explained the products well. Everything he said about them worked. It is so refreshing to have someone in your home that is happy to do the work, and genuinely concerned about my problems. He is an active listener.

Our carpets are always thoroughly clean---a new level of clean compared to what we have experienced with other carpet cleaners. This would indicate quality products and cleaning methods.
The young man who cleaned our carpets (Christian) was very knowledgeable, thorough, accommodating and polite.
We did have a couple of stains that didn't come out and some areas that didn't clean up as well as I had hoped but it was explained that with wear carpet fibers stretch or compress? and become harder to clean over time.

I like the results. Zerorez's cleaning seems to be thorough and I like how long it stays clean afterwards. Your methods really reduce the frequency in which I need to clean our carpets.

My carpet is clean. The technician was careful about covering his shoes each time he came into the house. He was careful to protect my walls from any damage from the hose. The price was reasonable. I felt like the technician went the extra mile to listen to me and do what I asked. I had a rug I wanted cleaned as well and he found the correct way to clean it. They were on time for my appointment.

I paid a lot of extra money to treat some pet stains and the stains came out and look great but the carpet is still wet two days later and it smells really rotten now.

Time was put later than originally scheduled. After revised time came, there was no word that it would be later, until I called. As soon as tech came, he started lowering expectations and seemed in a great hurry to be anywhere but here.

I like empowered water and the protectorant that is used afterwards. I was highly impressed with Chris and will request him next time. He deserves a raise. His knowledge and manner was impressive. He is a very 'head's Up' Young man.

The service was great. The technician was on time and knowledgable about the products. Our technician was training a new person and both worked hard while in the office. The next day there were spots we noticed had been missed (most likely just part of the learning experience with the new employee). We called Zerorez and they had the technician out the next day to clean the spots missed and were very eager to fix the issue. We realize that this was just part of the learning process and don't mind that they had to come back in this situation. Aside from that carpets look so good. Spots that have been there even after others have cleaned them in the past are gone. Great work.

The carpet still had some spots left after it dried. Maybe the tech could have treated the spots better before starting the cleaning.

I had to give the directions to the tech more than once to get him here. He didn't seem to grasp left and right turns.

Very quick and efficient...you got the stains out of the carpet.

I had my carpets done December 30, 2014 and just two and a half months later they looked terrible--like they hadn't been cleaned at all. All the spots had resurfaced and I was very disappointed. I called and a manager scheduled Dean in to spot clean on April 13, 2015. Dean was fantastic. He used equipment I had not seen being used the first time. He sprayed a pre-treatment solution and used a Z brush and other equipment to get the spots out. He also felt the carpet looked like it had not been done and took special time and attention to each room where the spots had resurfaced. The master bedroom was particularly bad and he made sure that each section was redone. He also redid the carpet on the basement stairs. I just thought they would always look like there was a wear pattern, but he got them much, much cleaner and you can't see a wear pattern now. I want to thank Zerorez and Dean for taking care of my problems in an expedient fashion. The customer service was excellent, which I very much appreciate. Dean did a fantastic job and should be commended for his excellent work and the time and attention he paid to me to make sure I was satisfied.
