Quick drying and the technicians are great.

Scheduling was easily done, and the representative arrived on time. He (Christian) was very good at listening to all the things we wanted done. We actually changed our plans from our initial call to schedule the cleaning. Christian quickly figured up the new order costs.

He was also very good to explain the cleaning technique, including doing a test to identify the rug fabric type in each room. He applied spot removal liquid on heavy traffic areas we identified, and then he was thorough in cleaning all rooms and stairs.

With Christian's good advice, we decided to have a hand woven wool rug cleaned. Christian checked price and process, and then we agreed it would be best if he took it to their facility for proper cleaning. It was returned to us 3 days later, and we were very pleased to see how clean (and lighter in weight, due to dirt removal!) it was.

your technicians are awesome the problem is with the scheduling and dispatch
they give times that are not met. THEY NEED TO ALERT CUSTOMERS THAT THE TECHNICIANS ARE COMPENSATED BY COMMISSION

Be more thorough the first time so we don't have to hassle with re service. Particularly on attention to detail with tile.
