I was charged a $9.00 water disposal fee just to have the waste water run out of the van into and down the gutter in front of my house and be told that "that's just how it goes and the money is not refundable." This is not how you treat loyal customers - I have only used Zerorez for my carpet cleaning for the past 8 years. Unfortunately this will not be the case in the future. It's sad that $9.00 has ruined our relationship.

Both times I have used you, I have had to have you come back and do the traffic area in my bedroom, but after the second time it seemed to be ok.

The young man that cleaned our carpet his name was Christain. He worked so hard and was want to make sure I was happy with all the work he had done. He want to please me and I was very pleased!!!! I will make sure to request him next time!!!
They use hot water and it clean amazingly well. The use a bio agent to get out urine that had been there all time. No smell at all!!

I thought everything was good. The service tech was very friendly and professional. Only negative feedback is that prices were somewhat misleading over the phone. I was sent an email advertising $29 per room and when did it start costing money to dispose of dirty water. That was a new fee that I had never heard of. other than that I was very pleased with the service and would recommend it to others.

Dean, our ZeroRez technician, was excellent. His professionalism sets him apart from others in the who would forcefully push additional unwanted services. Don't get me wrong, Dean recommended the additional services that he felt would further benefit my family however, he was not overly pushy after I respectfully declined.
The day following the carpet cleaning my home smelled fresher! The services are what they claim to be! I would certainly have ZeroRez back to my home.
It did a good job. Although I do wish he would have extended the area he cleaned by about 2 square feet. I suppose that area was considered a hall and so I understand why he didn't do it, but I now wish I would have at least asked him. Now we have the two foot area that kinds of stands out (because it is still dirty).
I especially liked the young man who did the work. He was so nice and told me all about what services you offer. In addition to what I had signed up for.

We were quoted a price and then was charged more than double the higher estimated cost. Also, after being charged $729.00, we would have expected for our carpet to look brand new. We didn't expect miracles, but $729.00 is ridiculous!!
